about
Many of my friends say that I am a good listener and advice giver. Because I have experienced many good and bad situations, I know what it is like to feel down or confused. I am a mother, daughter, sister, girl friend, and friend. And if I can't figure out how to answer a question, I'm sure I know someone who can. And I've come to notice that most of the questions people ask they already know the answer to, they just need a little reassurance. But I will warn you that my policy is, if you ask a stupid question, you will get a stupid answer. But i will say that it is my joy to help anyone with a real problem, so ask away!textarea.Skem9box {width:200px; height:100px;color:White;font-size:11pt;font-family:Times New Roman;background-color:Black;}

advice
I'm 21 years old, but I already have an almost constant back pain. Can anyone tell me a daily exercise I could do to make my back stronger and less likely to get strained when I pick up a piece of paper?
have you tried one of those body rubs like bengay, icy hot or aspir cream. that may work. you can also try relaxing in a hot tub. or having someone walk on your back. my bf has a bad back and i walk on it for him all the time to crack it and get the kincks out, he said it makes him feel alot better. otherwise try seeing a chiropractor.
(Rating: 5) yes, I've tried those, but they only serve to give me temporary relief to the pain.
