ok well i have this friend who cuts, but she wont tell me that she does. i found out from someone else. i want her to tell me because i can atleast try to help her stop. i had cut in the past but i stopped and now i want to help her. i dont know how to get her to tell me so i can help her. i can't let her know that i know though. please help if you can.

Just be like "You're one of my best friends, you're always there for me and I just want you to know I'm always going to be here for you too and if you EVER need anything or you ever need to talk about ANYTHING! you know you can come to me...right?" Just say something like that, giving her the hint that she can come to you. And since you have experienced the whole cutting thing, then you know how to help her with that situation.
