advice

i'm 13 yrs old, 5ft 7in and 140lbs. i wanna lose weight but not to much. during the skul year i don't way as much because of the sprts and conditioning I do. i don't wanna way that much when skul starts. any ideas how to lose a couple pounds in a few weeks? thanx

In a few weeks u cant lose major weight (but u dont need too). The best way would just b to eat really healthy and excersize. U dont have to excersize a ton, just a little a few times a week. That would help u lose a few pounds. good luck and hope i helped! :)
