My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

I want to sign up for Club Cali tomorrow but all I know about it is if you buy stuff, you get free stuff after a while. Can anyone explain it to me in detail? Thank you!

I had one a while ago but the guy who worked there said that everytime you purchase something at the store you give them that card and they will put how much you spent on there. After you spent about $250 dollars they will send you some things. CD's, clothes .. whatever. Now, I'm not sure the exact amout of money. When you sign up for it, make sure you ask any questions you have to you don't regret signing up for it.

ok,so,here is the deal,im going to the movies with my friends,there bfs,and this kid i like.my friends know him but i've never seen him in person,only talked on aim.im afraid he wont like (pretty wise)but i've seen a picture of him,and hes realllyyy cute.Im not confident around guys really,but i already know how to solve that. What i need to know is what should i wear for make up? (i have beige-yellow skin,brown eyes,black,long eyelashes and black eyebrowns,brown hair,pink-rosy lips.I look really itlian)I need something that makes me look soo awesome!! A lot of guys like when girls have the natrual look. Don't put loads of make up because I'm sure you're beautiful with out it anyways. The thing you should do it smokey eyes. It looks great on brown eyes and it will make them look larger. It's not hard to do smokey eyes, but just incase you don't know, I'll tell you the steps.

1-Line eyes all around with black or gray eyeliner (extending out & up a little on the outer corners), and smudge.

2-Apply a deep grey shadow to lid - stay close to the upper lash line.

3-Curl lashes and apply black mascara to top lashes.

4-You'll want groomed brows for this look, so tweeze any strays.

To keep from looking too dark, apply some soft pink blush to apples of cheeks

See, just 4 easy steps. Now gray eye shadow is the key to smokey eye, but you can also do brown.

Before applying foundation, make sure you use face lotion. Most people don't, but they really should. After an hour, your face can become really dry and flakey so using face lotion before foundation is important. For lips just add a nude lip gloss and you'll look great. Have fun & hope you get the guy. :DD

how do you get guys to like you?

Sometimes getting a guy to like you can be hard. The most important thing is not to change who you are. It might sound cheesy or whatever, but honestly it's very important. At first, start small conversations with the guy. Start saying hey and then get on a topic and talk about it. Flirt. It's the key. :) It's fun and he can get the sign that you might have a thing for him. Always smile. It's important to be happy. Be nice. Acting stupid won't get the guys attention. That's what most girls think. Making jokes will make him laugh. Just have fun and flirt and get to know him better. In the end, if he doesn't like you then there is nothing you can do. He might not be the guy for you. Anywhom, you never know. ♥

what do you guys consider to be "popular? "

do you think someone that everyone knows of
(as in if sum1 said their name they would automatically know who your talkin about)

or someone who has a large group of friends?
(somone who hangs out with like 15 friends)

this is for a health project, those were questions to ask but let me know what you consider to be "popular" if you dont think its either i rate high thanx alot!

It is so easy to stereo type people without getting to know them. Someone who is popular does not have to be rich, snobby, mean, dress good and so on. Being popular means that you have many friends and getting along with a lot of people. If everyone knows you, that's good but hopefully it would be for the right reason. A lot of people stero type me because of the clothes I wear and the people that I hang out with. I get called a bitch, stuck up but those people don't know me. They say that because I wear Hollister and such. Clothes are clothes. They do not make you who you are. It's a style and people need to get it through their heads. Many girls at my school that never wore Hollister, A & F just started because they want to fit it. That's not the way to make friends and that will not make you popular. I guess popularity also has to do with your looks and ecpecilly your personality. Your personality makes you who you are. At every school there are groups and labels. There is always the "popular" type of people. Most of them are bitchy and they think they are popular because they're pretty and hott. A lot of people actually think that & it's really not true. Again, my opinion on popularity is if you're freinds with everyone and just being nice. Sure they might have their own group but it doesn't mean they shouldn't make new friends.

Girls get it before getting thier periods. It's just a sign that you are about to get it. It can also happen after a period and sometimes you may get it a lot, and still not get your period. It's very normal.

You shouldn't be embarassed that you never had a boyfriend. You are only in the 7th grade and there is plenty time for one. Just because your friends had boyfriends doesn't mean that you'll never get one. You should just flirt a lot with this guy. Be yourself, be flirty & fun. It works. Guys can see if you're trying to impress them and they usually don't like that. Talk to him and give him a chance to get to know you a lot better. Sooner or later he might have a thing for you.

Go to START then go to CONTROL PANEL & then SECURITY CENTER. Then it should list your Firewall, and tell you that it is on. Click ON, which should be in green letters, and it will be turned off. Love ya too !!

Ok. well I am in 7th grade, and a lot of people say they are "dating", like when they just ask the person out. And it bugs me cause' number 1, they never talk, and number 2, they NEVER go on dates. I know how you feel. It bothers me too. Dating is more serious and actually going on dates. Going out is just saying you have a girl friend/boy friend and going to a couple of places or so. Most teens don't know what they're doing. Some just like the idea of "dating" and they want to sound serious and mature. It is annoying though.

I believe in abstinence, which is not having sex until you are married. I was just wondering how many guys would dump a girl who wouldnt have sex with him if they were going out? Guys tell me if you would dump me.

A lot of guys are different and they belive in different thing. Some horny guys might break up with a girl for that, some guys will respect that. I asked a couple of my guy friends on this and this is their opinion.

Oh wow, England?? I don't think you're being snobby at all & I didn't take it the wrong way. Well, yes our names are different and I guess unique but we're from Europe so that's why. I'm from Croatia and they are from Bosnia. It's sort of the same thing, but it's just different religions. I'm Catholic, and they are Muslim. My name is not all that different. Okayy, so i'm really short, and i kind of have a stomach. It's not big, big, but because i'm short, it kind of stands out. And my thighs are also humongeous! i can't stand it! i'd just really like to lose my stomach and try to make my thighs smaller. any advice?

The basics

1. Brush your teeth, get a good bath before meeting the other person. There's nothing worse than kissing the rear end of a garbage truck.

2. Get into a comfortable position - you can't kiss if your back feels like it's gonna break.

3. Hold the person, firmly but gently - don't cause pain. Suggestion would be to hold the shoulders, the neck or gently on the side of the face, one side or both sides.

4. Move your faces closer. Don't bump noses. Suggestion would be the guy angle his face slightly so you don't bump noses.

5. Kiss gently, normal closed lips kissing, and close your eyes. Closing your eyes increases the sensations you feel, and also sets the mood.

6. Continue kissing gently. Get comfortable with simple closed lips, lip-to-lip kissing before going anywhere else.

7. If fine till here, tentatively, slowly and lightly draw your tongue across the other person's lips.

8. Chances are from here, if the other person lightly parts his/her tongue, slowly explore the other person's tongue in a light licking motion.

9. The tongue has a very sensitive surface, which is why tongue to tongue is the essence of french kissing.

10. After you've tried lightly licking the other person's tongue, you can try sucking on it, wrestling with it ( see if you can hold it to the floor of his/her mouth ) and other things like that.

11. Explore the other areas of the mouth. Especially the roof of the mouth. Lightly lick, or tickle the area with your tongue.

12. Don't bite. whatever you do, don't bite.

13. Don't swing your tongue round and round like a windmill. Don't drill your way through.

14. Breathe through your nose.

15. Follow so far? You can lightly use your hands too, lightly rubbing the other person. Also along the waist, along the back, the arms, especially the inside of the arm, the neck, maybe running your fingers through the persons hair.

Hey, this may be an odd question, but healthwise, is Iced Tea bad/good for you? I really like it and I was hoping it was better than drinking soda because I got too used to drinking that. So, I know it's only like 70 calories, but can anyone give me an idea here??

It is a lot healthier and better for you then soda. Now iced tea isn't good if there is a lot of sugar. Green tea is the healthiest for you but over all it's better then soda.
