I went on the Atkin's diet and lost 50 pounds in 4 months. It's a low-carb diet. It's hard to stick to but it really works. I also walked at least 30 minutes 3 times a week. You can go to

It is possible that he may be cheating on you, but there may be other reasons for his behavior. He may be having problems that he's not willing to admit. Sometimes stress can cause problems in that area, but most men aren't willing to admit it. Also did you know that at your age you are in your sexual peak, but your husband had his sexual peak in his twenties? (Doesn't seem fair, huh?) So it is possible that you just need sex more often than he does. You can try to do things to peak his interest, like sexy clothes, or acting out his fantasies. Try to keep the lines of communication open, but don't push. If possible try to get away, maybe go on a second honeymoon. Good luck!

you need to give him time to get over his ex. Just be a good friend to him. Once he's over her, then his feelings for you might change. Just be patient.

Q: Well...I met this girl name Jenni and we started talking and then my brother was single so I started to get them to talk since she's one of m oldest friends and I thought they'd hit it off... suprisingly they did...well a few months later...after they started going out...Jenni told me that she cheated on my brother...with one of her friends Roxie's brother Chad...and I know them too...Jenni swore up and down that they only made out...and I trust her...but I also promised I wouldn't tell my brother...well one night my sister was saying how my brother and Jenni made a pact that they could do whatever whenever with whoever and I was like Wut the heck...so me and my sister confronted my brother and told him about her cheating on my brother...the pact was made after she cheated on him...turned out my sister heard wrong...and they never made a pact...like that...should I have told my brother...or should I have not told my brother to keep Jenni's trust with me?

You did the right thing by telling your brother. He's your blood and he should be more important to you than any friend. Just look at it this way, if he found out that your boyfriend was cheating on you, wouldn't you want him to tell you?

My brother's ex-wife cheated on him while they were married, but I didn't know until after he found out. But if I had known, I definitely would have told him, even though I was close to her.

If she does it on accident then you should point it out to her, and let her know that it bothers you. If she's a true friend, then she won't do it anymore. (At least not in front of you.)

What you're going through is normal. You're still young and your body is still changing, just be patient and you will grow into a beautiful young woman. Always remember that if you are beautiful on the inside, that inner beauty will shine through and over shadow any minor flaws that you may have.

I think you should talk to your sister and her girlfriend and find out how they feel about the subject. Just ask them how they would like to be introduced. Maybe ya'll can come up with something that ya'll will all be comfortable with.

Q: I am trying to find an acid free box to store my big wedding dress in, but I just can't find them anywhere. I looked on the internet and found some great boxes from emptybox.co.uk. but buy the time I have it shipped to the United States from Europe it is going to cost about $200. I can't find any place in the U.S. that sells anything like it. Does anyone know where I can buy an big acid free box?

Some of bridal shops carry the right kind of boxes. So check out the place where you bought the dress or the other bridal shops in your area.

Just be honest with them. Let them know that you are willing to be friends but you aren't interested in having a boyfriend right now. If they can't handle that then that's their problem.

Q: After putting chap stick,lotion,etc on my lips, my lips are really soft, but when I add lip gloss over it my lips tend to peel. I use Clinique and MAC lip gloss some of those most expensive lip glosses n it still makes my lips peel. Is there anything I can do to not make them peel? Its driving me insane! This is the ONLY thing I cannot figure out!

Try putting the chapstick on over the lip gloss. There are also some lip glosses that have moisturizer in them.

If ya'll really like each other it shouldn't matter what grade he's in or how tall he is. Plus remember girls mature faster than guys, so he'll probably have a growth spurt soon. So you better scoop him up before all the other girls go after him.

You have to find one thing that you really love about school and focus on that. For me it was art. I really loved art class, but I hated everything else. Somehow my love of art class made everything else bearable.

She isn't much of a friend if she's not willing to listen to you. You really should confront her. Tell her how you feel, though the truth may hurt, if she's a real friend, she'll be be glad that you brought it to her attention. If not, then she was never really your friend to begin with.

If you told him before and it didn't ruin the frienship, then it probably won't mess things up now. Tell him that you still like him and he just might feel the same way for you.

Q: There is this guy that i had met and the next day he took my virginity and then 2 days later he came back for more. I didnt really know him and we starting freaking out hat i might've been preg.But i am not and like ever since he has been scared to talk to me. Unfortunately there is no way to change what happened. Everyone makes mistakes and it doesn't make you a bad person, unless you make a habit of it. Just make sure that your actions from now on, reflect the kind of person you want to be. In time you will feel clean again.
