Get a Vidal Sasoon Wet/dry Straightner.. Then Straighten your hair when its wet and it will also dry it for you. Then spray all your hair with a lil bit of hairspray (just enough to cover it lightly and not make it totally stiff) Then Straighten it again, and spray it again. It takes like half an hour for long/thin hair. Its time consuming, but it really works!
Or a Chi brand straightner, but they cost like $120 but are good if you want to curl your hair too.

Ares .. it works A LOT better than limewire. You get more music sources and faster downloads. With Dial up internet.. its about 20 - 30 Minutes per song (if you download them 1 at a time) and for cable its like 2 minutes for a song.

My ex and i had a long history together for 3 and a half years. We havent been together now for over a year.(over something stupid) anyway hes been with his new gf now for that long.
Heres the problem and my question>2 Christmas's ago, i spent alot of money on him(no big deal)
anyways he bought me the most beautiful necklace. It had 3 hearts joined together, with the middle heart having diamond chips going all around it. He told me that HE had designed it himself, and that it was expensive. The 3 hearts symbolized our 3 years together. I loved it and wore it all the time (when we were together)It is now in the safe downstairs!!!
Christmas evening my gf and her new bf came to vistit me at work. She wanted to show me what her bf of only 2 weeks had given her. It was that EXACT same necklace i received 2 years ago. I was in shock. Then i became very angry!! He bought it from the same place my ex told me he got mine from, but i thought mine was a 1 of-a-kind!
I dont care what advice i get about this, but i am going to confront him no matter what!! I cant see his face online or over the phone, so im doing this in person! If any of you say to just let this go, you dont know what i have been through. I cant help but feel that those 3 and a half years were all a lie!
Since hes been with his new gf, he has told me he still missed what we had, and told me he loved me!
When they broke up(every month basically)he ditched her to hang out with me! We made out(thats all)told me he still loved me again!!
Then when things didnt go his way AGAIN, he tells me that he would NEVER do anything to hurt "her". He always lies and makes up excuses why he said this or why he did that to cover up the real truth!!
I would just like to hear everyones opinion on this!

Try Churros. They are DELICIOUS! (if you like cinnamin (sp?)) Our spanish teacher bought them for us last year. It's kind of a complicated recipe, but its true spanish traditional food.
The Churros
Here's the ultimate recipe to make your own churros at home, just like they were at the churrería stands. Of course, the difference here is price. Here you can make a whole batch for what is cost for a few. Once you make the churros, you can make the authentic chocolate dip to dunk them in.
Ingredients: (Makes one platefull)
Vegetable or Olive Oil
1 cup water
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Prepare to fry the churros by heating oil in a pan (1 to 1&1/2 inches) to 360 degrees F.
To make churro dough, heat water, margarine and salt to rolling boil in 3-quart saucepan; stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute; remove from heat. Beat eggs all at once; continue beating until smooth and then add to saucepan while stirring mixture.
Spoon mixture into cake decorators' tube with large star tip (like the kind use to decorate cakes). Squeeze 4-inch strips of dough into hot oil. Fry 3 or 4 strips at a time until golden brown, turning once, about 2 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels. (Mix Sugar and the optional cinnamon); roll churros in sugar or dump the sugar on the pile of churros, like the pros. That churro taste will take you right back to your favorite summer days walking the paseos of Spain.
Note: REAL churros in Spain are made without cinnamon mixed with the sugar, but the cinnamon adds an extra nice flavor.
Chocolate for Churro Dunking
4oz dark chocolate, chopped
2 cups milk
1 tbsp cornstarch (also known as cornflour and is the powder that causes the thickening)
4 tbsp sugar
Place the chocolate and half the milk in a pan and heat, stirring, until the chocolate has melted. Dissolve the cornstarch in the remaining milk and whisk into the chocolate with the sugar. Cook on low heat, whisking constantly, until the chocolate is thickened, about five minutes. Add extra cornstarch if it doesn't start to thicken after 5 minutes. Remove and whisk smooth. Pour and server in cups or bowls for dunking churros. Do not pour over churros, but use the mix for dunking churros after every bite. Served warm.

Well I just got a Motorola Razor V3 phone Saturday for an early Christmas present but there's something on it I can't figure out. I want to record things so I go to Menu, Office Tools, Voice Records, press select and then when I get there it says "New Voice Record" so i press select on that and then it says "To record a new Voice Record, press and hold Voice key while recording." Okay the problem is, I have no idea what the "Voice key" is. I've tried pressing basically every key on the phone to do this but theyre not working. I don't have a Motorola razor, or any kind of motorola for that matter. But, on my cell phone (its an audiovox) my voice record key is the green send key. You just hold it down when you want to record. i'm not sure if your phones the same, but i guess its worth a shot. And your phone should have come with a user manual with it, and that will come in handy on figuring out that kind of stuff.

At the begining of the year my biology honors teacher had us fill out a form about us. It asked what we wanted to be careerwise. I put that I wanted to be a journalist. The other day he read off what everyone wanted to be. The other kids wanted to be surgeons, and marine biologists..all really important things. When he got to my name he said "Journalist!....Good luck with that. She'll never get a job"
I was so embarassed! Everyone else had really important careers picked out and mine was so stupid. I'm not sure if I want to be a journalist anymore but now I have no idea what I want to do. I have to look at colleges next year and I have no clue what I want to major in. Can anyone help me? (link)

If you really want to be a journalist, go for it. And just major in like Broadcasting, Writing, English, or something along the lines of what you want to do with your life. Who cares what the teacher and other students say. Its your life and your dream!

On Tuesday, I have a Lit. final. Its over Shakespeare. His life and his plays. The part about his life and the Globe Theater, thats just facts, I can just know them. But the plays, there's 11 of them that we've read (Half of which I didn't understand) that there is going to be comprehension questions on.
I've got summaries for all of the plays, but they're pretty long. Some, like Alls Well That Ends Well and Romeo and Juliet, I know like the back of my hand. But how do I study for the others that I'm not so sure on? Like...reading them over and over isn't going to do nothing and this is like, in the top two of most important midterms to get a decent grade on. Any study technique that does NOT include other people would be very helpful to know. (link)

Pix place.. I think its free if you use it off your computer. I'm not Totally sure on that.. but im pretty sure. All it does though... have picture messages sent to your online account if you don't have picture messaging or a picture phone. Its kind of a hassle if you have pic messaging. But it can come in handy at times and is a neat program.

First of all.. your NOT wicked fat. If your athletic.. alot of your weight probably comes from muscle. But if you must lose weight, stay away from junk food. Working out is the best option. Burn more calories than you take in daily and DONT starve yourself. Each 3 HEALTHY meals a day and try to avoid overeating. And watch your calorie intake.. it helps alot.

The boys form together to try to build a successful rocket but they realize it’s not all that easy and they need help from others. October Sky is based on a true story that Homer Hickman wrote.
Obstacles that the Rocket Boys had to go through were forming the group. Homer didn’t mind having his reputation change by hanging out with the science geek, Quentin. His two friends Roy Lee and O’Dell were hesitant to be seen around him at first. Also, getting the materials wasn’t all that simple, there weren’t many science books in their library and finding the right metals for their rocket took time too.
The mine in Homer’s town represents many things in the movie. One stands for failure for Homer as he wants a life without going under ground. When his father gets injured in an accident, Homer realizes he has to take a job in the mine instead of his brother because he’s going off to college. The rocket dream was nothing but a dream that was slowly fading at that point.
Homer realized his dream to build a rocket when he saw the satellite Sputnik soaring across the night sky. He became fascinated with its movement and speed while others probably thought of it as a moving dot in the dark. He wanted to live out of his small town to experience the world outside and live a life without mining. In order to do that, he needed to build a rocket and get it into the upcoming science fair.

Get something frozen (ice pack, icecube, etc.) And put it on there to get rid of some of the swelling. To get rid of the redness, you might try toothpaste to dry it out a little (sounds odd..but it DOES work) And Green Concealer works best to cover them up the rest of the way (yellow concealer is for like Dark circles and bruises and stuff) (Green is for redness -- hickeys, zits and stuff)
That should work .. If not .. sorry. You'll just have to wait it out.
And if it doesnt go away, dont mess with it, or itll just scab over and look even worse and take longer to heal.

Its a music download program. You search songs, find one with the most sources (people that have that song available) and download it. Although, the program is illegal for the most part.

Now I'm a columnist and I would usually look down on a question like this but I really need help!
Ok, for English class we have to write a 5 paragraph essay on a famous quote. My quote is "Insist on yourself never imitate.. Every great man is unique"
I'm having a very hard time thinking of 3 reasons why I would support this quote. Like I have ideas it's just that they are hard to explain.
So if possible can a few people please leave there interpretation of this quote. Or at least give me some sense of direction on how to have a strong argument about this essay topic. (link)

Maybe I'm just jumping the gun because we're only been going out since Saturday, but it just seems like we aren't even going out. At the dance on Saturday we did; we were holding hands and dancing really close and he had his arms around me when we were just standing around talking and stuff, but at the end of the dance, he hugged me and was like "i'll talk to you Monday".
He asked me before that what I was doing on Sunday and I was just like, "nothing. what're you doing?" and he was like "probably hanging out with branden." maybe he just didn't want to hang out with me? But he didn't give me his number/ask so we don't call each other or anything. We didn't hang out after school either because he said he was going golfing.
We have 1 class together on red days, and 1 class together on white days. We don't even have the same lunch on either days. So, it's kind of hard to get closer to him. Maybe we just don't really act like we're going out right because we're at school, but also maybe he is a little tiny bit shy because on before we were going out, sometimes it'd take him awhile to say something to me, but I knew he'd see me because he'd be looking at me, like at the football game.. So I just came up to him.
helpppp. advice. tips to get closer to him since it's kind of hard because he's busy after school and we don't have many classes together. It'd be easier if atleast we called each other, but I don't think he wants to talk to me on the phone or something. I don't know. (link)

First of all... My guess is that your quite young. I would say he's just shy about showing affection in public. Talk to him about a date or something with just the two of you. Your not going to get anywhere just wondering. The best thing you can do is talk to him. He probably does like you, but friends do always come first for most people. If everyone chose a boyfriend/girlfriend over friends, we would get nowhere. Set a day in advance for the two of you to hang out. Then he can't use the excuse of other plans ahead of time.
And if he doesn't want to hang out .. ever.. then he probably don't like you and just wanted a girlfriend.
