iimm like 125 pounds!!!!! i am only 14 and i am like 5 feet dont u think thats wicked fat!?!?!? well what should i do to get skiinny i feel like a fat cow and i dont like to wear athingsuites and stuff infront off people i need to get skinny by summer what hsould i do? i rate high!!

But if you must lose weight, stay away from junk food. Working out is the best option. Burn more calories than you take in daily and DONT starve yourself. Each 3 HEALTHY meals a day and try to avoid overeating. And watch your calorie intake.. it helps alot.

for lunch; try a sandwhich stay away from fried food for lunch try either like pasta(carbohydrates) or wraps(totilla with like lettuce tomamato chargrilled chicken) are good or try a salad with a low fat dressing they make like low fat honey mustard stick with water for lunch a gatorade is not bad either for a little energy aviod sodas at first it will be kinda tough and you may get headaches but stick to it...the less sodas you drink you will feel good and better about yourself
try to minimize snacking between lunch a dinner

Once that is decided you should try eating only healthy foods (fruits & veggies at every meal). Nothing high fat like chips or cookies (although sometimes that's okay). Make a chart for yourslef to view your progress. You can also have Protein shakes, they're staisfying but not fatty. And excersize is also a key. I would suggest daily running,, either before or after school on a track. If you have a tredmill or stair stepper you should use them too. They help burn calories. But be sure NOT to stop eating. stopping eating is not healthy, and will not hel your cause to get skinny. To get skinny by summer... well... that's a long time from now. So eat healthily and burn more calories than you take in. Eating until I was satasfied even, not even until I was "Full". I used to snack right when I got home from school, too. Stopped doing that. Overtime I lost like 25 pounds because I eventually ended up needing to eat less. It all has to do with the size of your stomach.
