i amm soo fat!!

iimm like 125 pounds!!!!! i am only 14 and i am like 55 feet dont u think thats wicked fat!?!?!? well what should i do to get skiinny i feel like a fat cow and i dont like to wear athingsuites and stuff infront off people i need to get skinny by summer what hsould i do? i rate high!!
