I recently started going out with a friend of mine who I have known for about 2 years and really liked his personality, however I have only been going out with him for about 4 days and he has already become really clingy and needy, saying he misses me a lot and saying things like he only wants to talk to me. Its really putting me off him so how can i tell him without hurting his feelings to stop being so needy? (link)

If his behavior continues, talk to him one on one. Try not to say anything that will be too mean, but don't be too sweet either. You want to show him that your serious about this. If he continues acting the way he does, maybe you should reconsider your boyfriend/girlfriend relationship with him. Maybe you too were ment to be friends

Calling yourself fat will lower self esteem. You need to think positive to loose weight! Start by exercising and eat healthy food. Get your friends and fam. to help and support you. They'll do you good and keep you on the right track to get the body you want and deserve.

When you tell anyone, they should't make fun of you. If they do you should reconsider being their friend. They should be proud of you and respect your goal. You should hold your head up high and have the drive and detication to loose weight, no matter what anyone tells you.
