Alright, so I work in this fast food place, and it's pretty horrible there. It's a shady company to say the least. Anyways, I've been working there as long as the manager, and that's longer than anyone else becasue they're always hiring new people since everyone's always quitting.
Anyways, I gave my two weeks notice on Sunday, and on Sunday night the assistant manager told the manager that he had had enough because something else had happened. So I had to go in yesterday because my boss wanted to talk to me, in other words, she begged me to reconsider.
Everyone loves the assistant manager, just because he's nice and fair, so I know two guys who are going to quit because he quit. So basically, this place is screwed. Now I feel really pressured to 'reconsider' even though I really don't want to work there anymore. It's just a bad place to be, but I feel bad for my manager. What should I do? (link)

Its not your responsiblilty to make sure the place is running. Your responsiblitly is to go in and do your job. So if you quit n things go wrong its not YOUR fault its who ever owns it. And if everyone else is quitting then obviously its not a good place to be and you dont want to work there for ever just because other people quit. You just as much as a right to quit as anyone else!

Yes it is possible but VERY RARE... it depends on how long he waited sperm only lives for a few mins outside of the body....the chances are low but still possible just be careful n you should take the precations before yous mess around like that again

ok, well my parents are divoreced and i live with my mom. i see my dad like every other weekend. well lately hes been pressuring me more then usual to move in with him. he even plays guilt trips on me like if i lived with him then he wouldn't have to pay child support(niether would my mom, my sis would stay there), anyway i dont want to live with him cause i know like 2 people there and i'd leave all of my friends(the best in the world, great listeners, mostly). i dont want to hurt my dads feelings but i dont want to live there with him, is there any way i could kind of let him off easy? i'll rate high for good answers.

ive been in this situtation n so have my sisters. Dont givee in! You just need to be like " Dad i dont want to move in with you" n tell him its not fair to you to pressue you at all and it can actually be classified as emotional abuse if he makes u feel bad...i know that for a fact cuz the judge n a therapist told my sisters dad that because he did the same i hope i helped

well you have to be careful because i mean if one of the reasons he broke up with you is because yous didnt do n e thing else but make out then that could be a porblem. He shouldnt have cared if he really just cared about you ya know? But if u really like him n are willing to go further with him then just be honest n be like hey i miss you n want u back. Well.. This one is a hard one...First you dont want his g/f to get possesive over it n not like u guys talking. I would keep it to myself because you deff dont want to lose a friend or you dont want to hurt his relationship with his g/f. So yeah just keep it to ur self n try to meet other guys

Well think about it. Are you happy about where its going? Is the other person affectionate or makes you smile? Its just depends on what you want out of the relationship and if your getting that. If not then you shouldnt be in it because it wouldnt be fair to you. I hope I helped.

A guy named Kiel, who works at the same place I do, started giving me notes, asking me if I had a boyfriend and kept telling me how nice I looked. Then we started talking on the phone. He kept asking me if I wanted to date him. At work, a lot of girls flirted with him, but he didn't flirt back. He basically only talked to me. He seemed very interested in me. Today, Kiel called me. We talked for about three minutes. Then, all of a sudden, some very angry girl in the background yelled, "HE HAS A GIRLFRIEND!!!!!!" (The chick DID NOT mean that I was his gilfriend, she meant that someone else was.) There was silence for a couple of seconds and Kiel said madly to the girl, "NO I DON'T!!!" Then the girl sounded even madder and told him, "F**k you!" Then some other background noise went on. After that, Kiel said, "Can I call you back?" I said, "Yeah," in a what-the-hell-is going on tone. Then I told him bye (a little nicer) and hung up. Then, a few minutes ago, my phone rang once, then stopped. Maybe he accidentally hit redial.
Then the SAME girl that was yelling at Kiel called me from a different phone number. Here's our conversation:
Me: Hello?
The Mystery Girl: Who is this?
Me: Sarah.
The Mystery Girl: Don't call Kiel. He has a girlfriend.
Me: He does?
The Mystery Girl: Yeah. Do you know him from work or what?
Me: Yeah.
The Mystery Girl: Don't call him. He's fucking stupid. He has a girlfriend.
Me: Ok. Bye.

Well just flirt a little more and keep it as friends for awhile. Then see where it goes from then. If he used to be a player than id be careful. Just dont let your guard down all the way because you might get hurt and i dont want that.If you keep talking to him even if it doesnt go anymore than just friends you guys will have a friendship.
