My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

I hate shopping at the clearance sections too so I don't lol. Anyways, every store has affordable clothing you just have to look for it and have a budget. I'm not really sure what kind of style you have, but just make it look good. I never feel like dressing up but I love clothes.. so what I do is just put jeans and t-shirt. I have tons of them and they're just random shirts from my school or whatever. Well I make it cute by adding a necklace and making my hair good and doing my make up. Anyways, try Old Navy.. cute stuff and not expensive! & thanks hun.. you're really sweet.
Soo it`s me again.. the girl who talked about me moving and my stupid friends being mean to me.. so i finally confront my friends, my best friend told me she understood-but a couple hours later she started to talk about me behind my back! my one really good friend was standing right near her when she was talking about me! I do believe my friend, but seriously my best friend is being so mean.! She told me she understood. yea right.. she also told me she would hang out with me this weekend, cuz its my last weekend. but the thing is i really dont ever care to talk to her/or hang out, shes been so mean too me. do you think i should just let my friend go or talk to her about it..?
You already talked to your best friend and she is beaing a selfish brat and you should just ignore the fact that she's beaing a little bitch. Talk to her for the last time and just tell her that you're done with her stupid little attitude and if she was your best friend she would be there for you. She's not worth your agravation and once you're gone, she's going to regret how she treated you. For now, be with your other friends and just try to have fun before you leave. Don't let her piss you off because it's pissing me off.. I hate people like her lol.

The reason you guys fight is probablly because of jelousy. You have to understand that he has other friends who happen to be girls and you can't get mad everytime he talks to them even if you don't like them. He does and just try to ignore them. He gets mad when you talk to your guy friends because he doesn't want them flirting with you since he likes you. You need to talk to him and just tell him that both of you need to get over your jelousy and get over it. If you both want to have a good relationship then you have to stop fighting and try to understand each other more.

The thing with relationships and having a boyfriend or girlfriend, is learning not to listen to other people. I think you made a mistake breaking up with him. You didn't even know the truth. Anyways, when he said "yes.. I mean no!" is because he likes you but he doesn't want to since he thinks you don't like him. Anyways, you need to talk to him because you broke up with him for the wrong reasons.

Aw, lol aren't ya a little guy magnet! 2 weeks isn't a very long time so since you like him, don't break up with him yet. Most guys like when their girl friend calls them but you should talk to him about it. Well, when you are talking to him, just ask him why he never calls and then just see what happenes. Things might change after a while. I know what you mean about the whole friend situation. Don't listen to them. I understand that they just want you to be happy, but they shouldn't have to choose a guy for you. If you like him, stay with him. Your friends think you can do better with someone else, but you don't have to listen to them. See how this relationship goes. If it's still rocky, then break it off and just be friends. I think that when a guy likes you, you think that you have to go out with them right away. That's what it seems like but let them like you and keep liking those guys. They won't go anywhere and just be single and see how that works out.

You need to calm down and relax and stop trying to be someone you're not just to impress the guys. They will eather like you for you and that's how it should be. Hm..if he doesn't talk to you on AIM, don't take it so personally. I mean, he might be doing other things and forget that he's online. Just say hey what's up and if he doesn't answer don't keep IMing him because that would bother him. When you hang out with him again just bring that subject up and maybe talking on the phone would be better.

It seems like she's jelous that you have other friends. She does want to hang out with you still and it makes her mad that you won't do anything about it. Talk to her and tell her to get over herself and to stop getting mad for no reason. Stand up to her and if she does get mad, just ignore her. Don't take her crap and just don't let her get to you.

You're 17 years old and you can make some decisions on your own and it's your personal life and it should stay private. You need to talk to your brother and explain to him what you did. I mean he is your brother an all, but he shouldn't have to get involved with ever pieace of information he has about you. I'm sure if he did something like that he wouldn't want you telling your parents. If he still wants to tell your parents, I think it's best to come clean. It's better for your parent's to hear it from you or anyone else.

Hm.. there are probablly a lot of answeres to your question but no one really knows why he looks at you. It could mean that he has a "thing" for you and he probablly thinks you're atractive. Even if he's not shy doesn't mean he can't be shy around you. Some guys have a lot of confidence but when it comes to the girl they like, they may feel weird or nervous. Just keep talking to keep and get to know him better and sooner or later you will see if he likes you more then a friend.

I wear brown eyeliner and I have brown masacra but once you put it on you can't even tell that it's brown. If your eyelashes are black it will probablly show up black rather then brown. I think brown eyeliner is more natrual but I love black eyeliner too. Which ever you like on you better go for it. Just stay natrual lol. Anyways, my opinion is that you should go with brown eyeliner and brown mascara .. or black eyeliner and black mascara. Try to have both the same color.
In between haircuts I often cut my own split ends off. Like if I happen to see one I'll just grab a pair of scissors and cut it off. Is this bad? All my friends tell me I shouldn't do this, butI thought cutting them off was a good thing.
Cutting them is fine but you should try a razor. Anyways, have you ever heard about the spray called Ion? Well, you can get it at Sally's Beauty .. whatever it's called and it's for heat protection and it doesn't damage your hair. Spray it in after you blow dry your hair or anything and it prevents split ends. It's not expensive.. just like 6 bucks.

I downloaded AIM triton and I really want to uninstall it but whenever i go to the uninstall list it doesnt show up. My dad is wicked mad because now when he goes on the internet its the AOL browser.
