i dont know how to act around guys to make them like me or to make them notice that i like them....advice plz?

If you worry too much about what to say, what to do .. this and that then you're not beaing yourself and guys sence that. You need to calm down and relax and stop trying to be someone you're not just to impress the guys. They will eather like you for you and that's how it should be. Approach guys and just have confidence in yourself. Be flirty but don't be slutty.
