what is a good diet or exercize that i can do to make my stomach become flatter.. whenever i wear tighter shirts, it makes my stomach look fat.. please help!

Try running,jogging,cycling maybe take up dancing or swimming. lay off the fatty foods,fizzy drinks,
drink water
eat salad
meat
fruit
veg.

hey i got my belly button pierced on new years....i just took it out a while back and now i want to get it re-done.....is it going to hurt worse the second time because of scare tissue? or will it not hurt as bad because there are no nerves in the skin.....help! hahah

well, my mom and dad are getting divorest and i have hear from a lot of people that it is not that bad. But for some reason i have been like really spazing out about this. Like some of my friends are getting really mad at me because they are saing i have changed and get mad at every little thing.
