diet what is a good diet or exercize that i can do to make my stomach become flatter.. whenever i wear tighter shirts, it makes my stomach look fat.. please help!

Try doing crunchies mabe a 100 or 50 a day. Eat salads,vegtables,pasta,rice,bread. Try cutting out sugary foods and drink more water. Why not try walking that does you some good.

Try running,jogging,cycling maybe take up dancing or swimming. lay off the fatty foods,fizzy drinks,
drink water
eat salad
meat
fruit
veg.

TRy jogging, bicycle Riding, sit ups and cRunches; those will do WONDERS foR you!!! Also, pRoviding you cut out white bRead and soda... [if you'Re used to consuming A LOT of it] you can see a diffeRence the fiRst two weeks. My fRiend did it.. and we weRe both shocked to all hell! But of couRse weight loss takes time.... you just have to stay committed, and have the dRive to keep it up. TRy to keep youRself busy... and sleep as often as possible... these things keep youR mind busy and off food. I can't Really say how long it will take; I suppose that diffeRs fRom peRson to peRson. It Really just depends on how much weight you'Re looking to shed. I'd say you could lose 10 to 20 pounds in a month; that's veRy possible. Goodluck to you!! I wish you the best!!
