Okay, sorry this is going to sound really stupid and like im really rude and stuff, but i know im not skinny and im kinda fat..i weigh 128 pounds and im 5'5..but in PE we weighed ourselves and thats what it said (then i went to the doctor and it was the same weight there too..so i know its right) my friend in PE was like the same as me..but she likes to feel better about herself and shes telling everyone i weigh like 140..i guess thats not that bad..but still, i dont want everyone to think im even more fat then i already am. She told one of my friends (lets call her F) that and F WONT believe me at all. Then i told one of my other friends (lets call her X) what i really weigh and she told F. But F was like no she doesnt, she weighs 140. uugh its just really annoying that she won't believe me. I guess i don't really care that much..i don't even like people knowing how much i weigh. But yeah. What should i do to get her to believe me and everyone to just shut up about it? Should i just ignore it?
Thanks for any help..
Martini_Kiss answered Thursday June 2 2005, 3:39 am: The healthy weight for 5'5 is between 130-140.. which is not fat... so weighing 128 isn't fat either.. it doesn't matter what they think.. just ignore it. [ Martini_Kiss's advice column | Ask Martini_Kiss A Question ]
