hey i got my belly button pierced on new years....i just took it out a while back and now i want to get it re-done.....is it going to hurt worse the second time because of scare tissue? or will it not hurt as bad because there are no nerves in the skin.....help! hahah

It wont hurt as bad because when you get any thing pierced the cell's around there die out. So if you get it redone you will probably feel a small pinch! Well good luck

My friend had the same situation with her tongue. I don't know if it works the same, but the artist told her that he couldn't pierce her through the same place. He pierced a little further back, and it bled a lot and she said it hurt. It didn't bleed or hurt at all the first time. But like I say, I don't know if it's the same for belly buttons.

yea i dont really know how it works. but when i got mine done the dude said if you take it out and it heals, you can never do it again. like you cant re-do it. he had a good reason why, i just cant remember what it was. sorry! he might have just been telling me that though so i wouldnt take it out but who knows. thats just what i know.
