advice
ok if i eat healthy,drink only water,eat littler food, and excersise every single day how much do you think i could lose by feb.18??please help.
i think that you could lose about 5 or 6 lbs. the healthy amount of weight to lose per week is about 1/2 lb.- 1 lb. and it stays off of you keep up the healthy thing. Hope this helps!

hi... after about a week after i had my period i had sex for the first time.... and i didnt use protection. ( bad mistake) and.. now its been about 4 weeks and ive been feeling abit sick ( but i usually get like this when im going to have my periods) and i havent got them yet and im really scared that i could be pregnant.. and when i felt up my virgina i felt this weird thing inside me.. could this be and unborn baby i might have??? pleace help, im really scared about this
it's not the unborn baby...if your pregnant. That doesn't happen til bout 5-7 months. buy a test if your really that unsure. Hope this helps!

ok...i'm in the 8th grade and i totally understand what your going through! I got shy around all the guys last year!!! You'll eventually get over that...shyness... but just give it some time, you'll go to them when your ready!

ok, about a week or two ago i was at my friends birthday party. there was about 15 or so people there. we were all in her basement dancing and eating ext. her parents keep all the food on shelves down there and their alcohol too. well a few people decided to put some rum in a few of the soda cans. we hadnt known her parents marked those bottles. we all got busted at about 3 am ish. as soon as i found out her parents knew and they were going to tell our parents i was so upset. i didnt even have any. my parents were talking to me about it because they wanted to know what was going on. i told them that it was all lauras fault and she was drinking alot. it really wasnt but i was very very mad at her because i thought she was going to go out with the guy i like because he likes her and i thought she might like him too. now my parents hate her and im not ever allowed to see her again because they think shes a "bad influence" on me. how do i get my parents to forgive laura and like her again and let me be friends with her again??
I don't think there is anyway to make your parents forgive her. It's not your fault, so don't think that!!! It's just that you saw her as a friend not an enemy the first time you met.

i shave my vagina almost every other day..i was wondering if its bad for me to shave so often.. but i like to be completely clean..ppl say that i shouldnt ( im 22yrs old ) shave there so often but i dont mind if alot of hair grows back coz life is short and i dont want my bf seeing me hairy there. please help..
NO THAT'S NOT ABNORMAL!!! A lot of women do that, I do that! It just helps to keep your hair from shedding. YOUR TOTALLY NOT WEIRD!!!

I hardly see my mom and she goes to work at 5:30 in th morning and if I don't say goodbye to her befor she leaves I cry for an hour! I don't usally cry but I have been lately but only if I don't say goodbye to her. What is wrong with me?! Am I a baby or is something else going on with me?Please help me!
Well take this advice coming from a fellow teanger, IT'S HORMONES! Your changing inside and out. Your emotions are changing too. On the days that you have school, try this. Wake up maybe @ like 4:30am and spend sometime w/ her. When she leaves, go back to sleep! Hope this helps!

well, a few days ago this guy gave me a note and asked for my number, i of course gave it to him, and he called that night.. now this guy i alwayyyys have thought was really hot, and just awsome and everything but he never noticed me, then we started talkin on the phone a lot and he told me he was into me and that from the beginnng of the school year he has been really attracted to me and i felt really flattered, we talk on the phone 24/7 and last night we were on the phone until 2:30 in the morning! .. well he wrote me a poem and we always say i love you to eachother.. he says he really likes me a lot and i like him a lot to, the problem is im just worried that im getting to into this and that hes kinda just with me because he thinks im hot or something, even though he says how sweet and funny and awsome i am.. sryyy its so long but please help! thank you so much
Well if i were you i would follow my instincts about this one. A lot of girls go through this and most girls give in really easily to the "hott" guys. If you think your getting to into it, then tell him to stop calling you as much. Hope this helps!

There is this guy at my school that I really really like. and he likes me to. But he does pot and I am totally against drugs. what should I do?
WOAH!!! I really strongly urge you NOT to go out w/ him if he's into drugs and everything. No matter how much he may like you or vice-versa, you need to stay away from that kin dof a b/f. He could end up getting you into a lot of trouble! Hope this advice helps!

theres this one guy in my drama class that i used to like but then hes always talking or bothering me after or during class. how do i get him to stop? ignoring him doesn't seem to help...
Well... that's very interesting...well depending on how he's bothering you, you could verbaly tell him that your fed up w/ him annoying you. But whatever you do don't let him know that it's bothering you cause that just makes things so0o0o0 much worse!

At school dances, I never dance. I know..you'll say "then why do you go?". I just go and hang out with my friends. It's actually pretty fun. But they dance sometimes, and I don't. I guess I'm just not much of a dancer. I think I'm self-conscious or just embarrassed because I think I can't dance...I'm not sure. I'm probably afraid of what people will think of me, like if I dance bad/can't dance right or something. I'm just nervous. I've never slow danced with anyone either. So my first time will be a little scary. Anyway, back to my question. What do you think I can do to get over this? I need help, because I want to be dancing and having more fun than I usually do at the next dance.
Take this advice (coming from a dancer), why don't you take a class? i mean i go to hang out w/ my friends too, but we all dance. just do what some of the kids @ my school do, dance w/ your friends. and dan't be afraid of slow dancing, it's really fun!!!

I have this in school and I would consider her one of my best friends. She has a boyfriend and I really like her boyfriend. I don't know what to do. I have asked some of my friends that don't know her but they tell me the same thing, don't do anything. I wouldn't want to lose her as a friend so I won't do anything. But know what if they break up and he likes me? do I go out with my best friends ex-boyfriend??
