ok if i eat healthy,drink only water,eat littler food, and excersise every single day how much do you think i could lose by feb.18??please help.

i think that you could lose about 5 or 6 lbs. the healthy amount of weight to lose per week is about 1/2 lb.- 1 lb. and it stays off of you keep up the healthy thing. Hope this helps!

Well it all depends on how your body works. You can probably lose any where about 10-20 pounds but that may not be the exact range because it takes a while to lose weight. Hope I helped :)
