hottdancer134 answered Sunday January 9 2005, 12:18 pm: i think that you could lose about 5 or 6 lbs. the healthy amount of weight to lose per week is about 1/2 lb.- 1 lb. and it stays off of you keep up the healthy thing. Hope this helps!
Karen answered Sunday January 9 2005, 12:09 pm: Well it all depends on how your body works. You can probably lose any where about 10-20 pounds but that may not be the exact range because it takes a while to lose weight. Hope I helped :)
