There's this kid named Brian, whos liked me since 2nd grade, and I've liked him since 5th grade. We're now in nineth grade. (freshmens) and There's this huge dance in April called Freshmen dance. He asked me to go with him, and I said yes, but he heard from my best friend Charles, that I was going with him, Of which I'm not. So Brian went and asked this 8th grader to the dance, and he PROMISED he'd take her. So now he's saying he'll break it off with her so he can go with me. I really don't know what to say. I'll feel bad for the 8th grader, but I really don't know. Should I stop him from breaking it off with the 8th grader? Or should I let him? Please help. Sry its so long! (link)

Well I dont think that you should care about the the 8th grader bacause the 8th grader has many more chances in life to be asked out. I think that you should talk to him and see what he says. You should let him break it off with the girl only if he wants to. If he does and then askes you out you should say yes!!! Hope this helped!!!

ok well i have this issue with my apperence(sp)..well its a little depressing to me because ive been made fun of for it..well my problem is that i have a witch type nose.i cant take it anymore i try to hold in my tears but i cant hold them back, can you please help me i need a way to deal with this or something...

Well I would't Ever make fun of you because I know how it feels to be made a fool of and it isnt fun at all. We all have our specialalities. Mine is that I have an outie bellie button so I hate being in my bathing suit in front of other people and other guys that I like. People who make fun of other people have even worse lifes than we do. They are so stupid for making fun of you and other people to. I really hope that this helped you!!!

I love to go out with my friends all the time, we go to dances, out to the mall, and stuff like that but latley my mom has been asking me to take my sister with me. ITs kind of anoying because when i go out with my friends im with a whole group of guys and girls, and i dont always want my sister near me. I mean i love her to death but im sick of my mom asking me if she can come. What do i do?

Well I'm not sure what I'd do but I think that I'd talk to my mom in private and ask her that if you take your sister to places then your mom should let you go by yourself sometimes! It's only fare.I really hope this helps!!!!!

Last weekend my mom walked in on me and my boyfriend. All week, she hasn't said 2 words to me... except when she yells at me or wants to give me an attitude about a chore I didnt do or forgetting to call her to tell her I was out. I've been trying to make small talk with her about stupid stuff like dinner or the weather but she just gives me short answers. Well I'd do exactly what you said you didn't want to do. Only because I think that it would help so much. I wouldn't do this but maybe you could talk to your school counselor. I think what I'd do is talk to my mom no matter how embarrising it may be. Force her to talk to you. Tell her how you feel. It sucks to have a parent that ignore's you!

Well first off I think that you should kick him to the curb!! He doesn't deserve you at all. But if you still want to have a relation ship with him then you could talk to him. Now your friend on the other hand isnt a very good friend if she hasent talked to you about it.If she is just hiding it from you then she isnt a good friend at all. Hope this helped!!!

This might be long but I need all the help I can get...heres whats going on...I started going to this school and no one there liked me and no guys liked me or anything and I had no friends and the friends that I did have ended up backstabbing me, and I'm A very nice and careing person and i'll do anything for anyone who needs help with something or just needs someone at all, and right now I really need someone, I see all these girls who are so pertty and I wish I was pretty, these days people dont care about personality or whats in the heart they care about looks and I was wondering if there is anything I can do to make myself look pertty, I wish I had the things that other girls have like the clothes and the looks but I dont have money..heres what I look like...I'm 5'4-5'6 I have long red hair blue eyesand I weigh about 120-125 i'm skinny and everything but I want to look beautiful...does anyone have any ideas on how what I can do to make myself look attractive? Well by the way you sound I'd be your friend in a flash.Well people at school say that I'm pretty but I dont think I am. I wear makeup. Maybe if you bought some you might like it. But I dont think it's what's on the outside that counts it's what's on the inside that counts. Okay i have this friend who has a sorta g/f in another state...they only see eahother 6 weeks out of the year (camp)and they rarely ever talk on the phone, only a little bit on the internet. He's been really upset about not seeing her and shiz b/c of the past holiday season and upcoming holiday. I'm want to convince him having a long distance relationship is too hard but i don't want to just tell him flat out its wrong.I know that its not my business to tell him who to date but i just don't want him to be sad anymore. i usually straighten my hair evry morning, my hair is already pretty naturally straight with a little wave, but my hair is really thick and it is really hard to get straight, i use a really good straightenner, but my hair just wont straighten all the way, is there anything i can do or put in it to help it straighten more? ill rate you high (link)

Well my hair is very straight and I use a Chi Turbo. You could use that except they cost a lot of money. I dont know of any products that can "straighten" your hair. Hope this helps!!!

I'm depressed because my life has evolved to be all about studying (I am a dedicated nursing student), I have low self-esteem, the crowd in my school I do not get along with (there is a term in the philippines called "jologs" meaning they are poor), I'm super bored, i feel overscheduled (my class is from Mon-Sat), I come from a dysfunctional family (can't talk to anyone about problems) and life just seems so empty and a burden. Everyday it is hard just to get up, and it is hard to sleep too. I've been depressed since December. Now, I think I need help to snap out of it.

Well first off forget about your family problems. They are obviously bring you down. I think that you should make friends at all costs. Maybe even get a boyfriend. Studing is good but not so much that you are unhappy.

I think that you should ask him if he's busy that friday and then if he says no then take your honey buns out. If you feel uncomfortable around him then simply tell him that you would rather be friends.

You should ask them to sit down together including you and say to them "tell each other what they think about each other. That way they can say everything they want to and get it off their chests. Include that they are putting pressure on you because they are making you choose sides. Hope this helps!!!
