my dad i really care for him but he dosnt no my b-day or anything about me he left when i was i was three have not seen in a year or two i relly care for and i still love even tho he has a alcolo probmelm and drugs and many more my mom has a oder of precettion and i can only see him when someone else is there what should i do i relly miss him and i dont no if him loves me please help me

wow i*m sorry to hear that, unfortionately there*s not TOO much you can do because of the order thing. but maybe you could try writing him a letter telling him how much you love and miss him and that you*d wish he could come visit you. My dad lives miles beyond miles away and i haven*t seen him in about 5 years but not like that*s important. Also try telling your mom that you really need to see him. good luck sweetie hope it all works out!!

ok i need help ok. I like this guy for a very long time and we went out for like 7 months. We broke up and are still really good friends, but i still have feelings for him. I tried really hard to get over him but its to hard. I have a boyfriend now but i still really like my old one. I think i should get over my ex and move on but im not sure. What should i do?? I went through a situation like that a couple times.. I have 2 completely diff. forms of advice lol k. WELL i don*t no the complete situation but if you wanna get over him then try not to be SUCH good friends with him rite now, because staying super close to him unfortionately will only make it harder. Try focusing on your boyfriend that you have now unless you really don*t like him then don*t lead him on. Go out n have fun with your friends just try to get your mind off of boys. However if you really don*t want 2 get over him then you hafta break up with your boyfriend and tell your ex how you feel. I don*t suggest this cuz i*m a strong believer on if it didn*t work the first time it won*t again.. but hey that*s just me. Also since your friends now then you don*t wanna jeoperdize that. I don*t know exactly where you can get it but i got it like umm 6..7 years ago and it was a waste if money (it was a gift) It takes too long and your hair never looks as good as the picture but hey if you want it check online and see if they have a place listed where you can get it

Hey there ♥ well im not really into stereotypes but basically, my boyfriend is punk, along with his friends. and i am not really preppy or punk or anything, i am just me. but i am friends with his friends and his friends are in a punk band and my boyfriend said he really wants me to go, and so do his friends. the problem is i dont want to wear something stupid, or "slutty" looking and i dont want people to think " why is she here?" so what could i wear.. i have long platinum blonde hair with lots of pink and auburn in it. and i am 5'4 and average with slightly curvey body but the problem is i cant hide my boobs and i dont want people to automatically think im slutty=/... what could i wear or put on for makeup and how should i do the hair? thanksss

well i think maybe a pair of plain jeans or like ripped//distressed jeans! You could wear a band t*shirt or a beater or sumthin like that. With your hair maybe like straighten it to make it super straight!! have fun

Has anyone switched from Lexapro to Paxil CR?

I was wondering about the transistion time.

I was taking Lexapro (20mg daily) & my Dr switched me to Paxil CR (starting w/25mg daily).

While I was on the Lexapro over the last 4 months, I just kept waiting for it to start working & felt hopeful - but it just got worse. I felt extremely hopeless, was missing work & had uncontrollable crying, to the point that I didn't want to get out of bed.

This is still happening & I was wondering how long it will take to start feeling the Paxil. My Dr had said the transition wouldn't be too bad since I was switching & not starting out fresh with the Paxil. He had me cut the Lexapro to half the dose (10mg) for 4 days, and then exactly a week ago I started with the 25mg of Paxil CR.

I not only suffer from depression, but also anxiety & OCD. If I'm not worried or obsessing about something then I go into a depression. I'm 48 years old and this has always been my pattern.

I've had many unsuccessful tries w/the other SSRI's over the years & am hoping the Paxil will give me some relief. At this point, my self-esteem, which has never been very good, is all but gone.

I see a wonderful counselor in addition to my Psych, and have tried every self-help & group therapy approach there seems to be. I feel very frustrated.

I have a little brother who is 6 years old. His name is Denis. I love him and all, but.. he's a weirdo. He's overweight.. he's only 6 and hes 114 lbs. I have a friend named Bailey. One day she did a prank phone call to me with a bunch of her friends. And it got me real upset because I thought she was my friend. So the next day she called me and asked if she wanted to hang out with me. And she sounded like nothing happend with the prank phone call. well prank calls are typically harmless unless she was calling you names which isn*t too friendly, i wouldn*t really take it to the heart altho she sounds immature if she like hung up on you, i don*t know, maybe leave her alone for a while til she grows up or talk to her about how you feel.. but prank calls don*t always mean sum1*s mad..

My boyfriend fingered me three days ago, and I guess he must have done it harder than usual, because when he pulled his finger out, it was covered in blood, and *down there* was a little bit bloody. I have been bleeding a little bit since then, but not that much. I don`t think that it wasn`t my period, because I just had it like a week ago. yeah he prolly popped your cherry, but sometimes after periods you continue to bleed very lightly for a couple days.. nothin to worry about.

he sounds like a jerk.. try not to answer his calls and if he continues answer and tell him if he keeps calling you*ll block his number. Also try finding other guys besides him, he sounds realllly immature.

there*s this stuff you can buy @ like walgreens or other drugstores i don*t know exactly what brand but it*s by the razors, it*s anti bump shave gel and then theres a cream that you put on after you shave and it gets rid of itch and bumps, you don*t see the results rite away but by morning the bumps are gone! sry i couldn*t tell you exact info i looked online n couldn*t find it!!

well it might be a urinary track infection (UTI) which is what it sounds like, the only advice is go to the doctor and get checked out.. i no, not any fun but it*s better than burning//itching. UTI's come from holding your pee too long and wearing thongs too often, like 24//7 basically (which happend to my friend) hope i helped!!

On Xxrocker's column page, I posted a huge question about this girl who I was friends with, but had a crush on. I asked how to tell her that I like her. Well, now, I've told her, and she sent me a huge long email, where every other word was "sorry", and that she liked me as a friend, didn't want to break the friendship, I'm the coolest guy she's ever met, etc. etc. etc.

I tried to shrug it off, I e-mailed her saying that I really didn't care, I was just wondering, all that jazz.
