I been dating my boyfriend for sometime now. I am only 15 and he is 16. we made a mistake and have a son together now who is 3 months old. my boyfriend has lied so much to me. he disappeared for weeks at a time with out telling me where he was going or when he be back or with out even calling. he told he was going to sleep before but left his house and stayed at this girls house who liked him and his ex girlfriend lived there to. i try over and over again to forgive him but we keep fighting i forgave him all those times and never broke up with him. because i love him and i want him to around for his kid. he dropped out of school he gets fired from every job because he doesnt go to work because he is to tired his son is scared of him because he is never around i dont know what to do anymore please help

Wow that is one terrible situation. Do you have your parents support? If not, I suggest you get they can really help out with taking care of you son when you're at school and you will always have them there if you need to find the father.

You both are really younge it's not like those girls live by themselves. Try to talk to him, reasonably. But I think before you make any plans you should ask him if he even wants to be a part of your life and your childs life. If he says yes and honestly means it I suggest you lay down how you want to be with him and how going to school togehter can stregnthen your relationship and you can come home together to see the baby and will make taking care of him smoother. If he says no, which hopefully he won't then I suggest getting your parents into the situation if they're not.

I really hope everything works out some way or another.



oh and by the way: you're 15, the first girl is full of it when she says get a job because there is none a 15 year old can get. i think both of the other people who have responded to understand reality. he hasn't been able to keep a job and is out of school so he really is just a ball and chain on your childs life as of now, especially if your childs doesn't want him near. if there is a way to get your child to want him and him to want you and the child that would be great but if he keeps this up maybe breaking up will be best for the child.

if you are constantly moving tae bo can burn tons of calories. but you can't just movie your arms you have to jump around or jog in place.

you should see results in about 2 weeks but feel results within a few days! haha

I apologize if this is long. Well last week my friend claimed that she
told my crush that i like him and i thought o great he doesn't like me
and hes going to avoid me and stop talking to me. Before this happened
we would always talk too. Anyways he didnt avoid me, i did instead. i
stopped talking to him, when he would come my way i would turn around
and go the other, and when he would be around me i would completely be

sitting next to me when his friends told him to sit on the other side of
the building so he went. (once again i apologize for this being so long
but please answer my question)Lunch time: i still wasn't talking to him
and i go up to get a snack and once i get up there i see him come in, i
am in line and he kinda pushes me out the way kind of looking for
something but he didn't even look for what he was looking for and his hand
on my shoulder was nice and soft and stuff. Then outside he started
mocking me for no reason and teasing me. Toward the End of the Day: i was
getting my stuff from my locker and my locker is right by the door of
his last class so im getting my things and he walks out and starts
messing with me and tried to kick my locker closed and started hanging out
with this guy he has never met before and started mocking me like he used
to and always told me he did it because he liked seeing me angry. Then
i go downstairs to get my friend and hes down there and then started
mocking me again because i told him he scared me. Now the mocking and
eeverything from lunch to the end i started talking to him again but
should i? So thats is. Can you tell me what all this means please. Am i
wasting my time if he's just talking to me just to be flirting?? Thanks a

Stop ignoring him. He's probably getting annoyed because you are ignoring him. You like him you shouldn't be so distant. People like people and you shouldn't feel so mortified by it. I promise you that if you start making good and real conversation with him it will stop. I think because your friend told the guy you liked that you liked him you are making a big deal when he walks up the stairs or is in line at lunch. Just be cool and relax. Guys don't only flirt meanly they flirt nicely. What time do you think your wasting is the question... what have you done to make you waste your time? All you have done is like him so far. Just keep on being yourself don't get all tense about your situation.

What would you prefer to do, eat more and exersize more. Or eat less and exersize 3 days a week? As long as you're eating a good diet one which is high in lean proteins whole grains and veggies either should work well. But the results will be the same, 1-3 pounds a week with a steady reasonable diet.

i ran/walked a mile on my treadmill yesterday and i did the same thing today. it takes me about 20 min. im 5'3 and i weigh 123, and i would like to weigh 110. if i ran/walked a mile everyday how long would it take me to get to 110? and how long would it take me to lose like just a couple pounds? also, i have a big butt and i really dont want to lose it lol, do you think i would? i just want my hips smaller, my love handles gone, and my stomach to be a lot flatter. i want my butt better looking, but i dont want it gone lol.

first off if you don't plan on eating healthy with your exercise you're pretty much sweating for nothing. 70% of loosing weight is diet.

yes a mile everyday will help you reach your 110 goal. it can take you like 3 days to loose 2 pounds but that's usually only water.

i don't think you will loose your butt if you loose 13 lbs but there are toning workouts for you butt to make it tighter- ever heard of the workout 'buns of steal'?

running will help everything but you really want to do some toning and muscle work too. crunches, push-ups, squats, lunges, leg lifts, oblique crunches, ect.

Grap a piece of fruit instead. Buy some of those carrots and ranch dressing lunch snack things. They're good and it's a perfect snack.

I have been on diets before but nothin really worked. I was 169 pounds when I started the last one I was on and I lost 5 pounds. I know how you feel, when you say you will do anything and want to loose fast, I know how you feel. Anything will go because thin tastes better than anything. Thought I was never considered overweight I use to go through issues in my past. One thing I learned about loosing weight is that there really is no fast solution if you want it to last. If you want to a life time solution it will take hard work and definitely no puking. I suggest you read up on the South Beach Diet (southbeachdiet.com) It works THE BEST hands down but only if you follow the plan correctly, no slipping up! It's hard but worth it. The only problem with any diet you do is that you start off hard and then it gets less strict and you may gain a pound and get mad and eat less and loose a pound but then you will gain it back. So if you decide to do this diet or any other just stick with the plan, don't get upset if you gain a pound or you're not loosing fast enough. Also, exercise. 10 minutes on the treadmill a day is not enough. I suggest 30-45 minutes of cardio whatever it may be (running, treadmill, elliptical, dance, DDR, swimming,ect.) 3 days a week minimum. Also do muscle toning with it, lunges, crunches, pusups, leg lifts, arm curls, ect. (DDR is amazing for both cardio and leg toning).

It normal but can be a little awkward. You're 14 so most teens your age wouldn't really notice anything. If you're wearing a bikini (halter or string) try tying one of the sides (the one of the boob thats larger) tighter. So use more of that sides string, it may help to make it look smaller. Theres nothing else that you can really do with a bathing suite without getting caught. However, to make the other look larger under clothing I suggest two things, one is a sticky enhaser which is like a gelly sort of bra cup (without the straps or anything) and you can just put it on the boob you want. They sell somthing like it at victoria secret but unless one breast is like two sizes smaller it will make it look large but I suggest you check it out. I am a football player. I am 6'4 320 about and exactly fat fat but fat. I am pretty strong but not good looking. I understand this and i am losing weight. Men, on average, loose weight much faster than woman and gain muscle faster. If you're really willing to work on it I suggest you start a plan, such as South Beach Diet, Atkins, Weight Watchers, ect. Each have websites you can visit to get to understand their program. However, if you want to do this on your own this is what I suggest you do... Eat lots of proteins like eggs, grilled chicken, grilled beef/pork, tuna, salmon, tofu, ect. Eat whole grains and vegitables and fruite. Drink water with every meal if you can and the easiest way to loose weight, especially for men is to stop drinking sodas. Just by eliminating soda and sweet juices will help more than you can imagine! Mix a 35-40 minute cardio (which I'm sur eyou can due because you are a football player) with muscle workouts.

Theres not such REAL list. However(for SAT test schores), from real and personal expierence. You need atleast a 2100 to get into any Harvard type school. And a 1900 to get into UCLA. Average is 1550-1750.

If you want to get into a good college like Harvard, Standford, Columbia, ect. You need a 4.0 and if not then you need a 4.2-4.6 (which you can get by taking A.P classes) with great extra curriculars. Or you need a minimum of 3.8 with great extra curriculars.
