i would say that getting your bellybutton pierced hurts more because it's a more sensitive spot than your ear. but your ear has more cartilige, but it still wouldn't hurt as bad.

For me, neither really hurt when I got it pierced. HOWEVER, the aftercare and pain is worse with the belly button.
