I think it is the 2nd one. For every meal you consume, you should workout for at least 15 minutes. It helps create a balance, which will let you lose weight.

What would you prefer to do, eat more and exersize more. Or eat less and exersize 3 days a week? As long as you're eating a good diet one which is high in lean proteins whole grains and veggies either should work well. But the results will be the same, 1-3 pounds a week with a steady reasonable diet. ]
