ImFakingHotPink answered Wednesday April 4 2007, 4:03 pm: What would you prefer to do, eat more and exersize more. Or eat less and exersize 3 days a week? As long as you're eating a good diet one which is high in lean proteins whole grains and veggies either should work well. But the results will be the same, 1-3 pounds a week with a steady reasonable diet. [ ImFakingHotPink's advice column | Ask ImFakingHotPink A Question ]
