Guy losing weight what do i do right now

I am a football player. I am 6'4 320 about and exactly fat fat but fat. I am pretty strong but not good looking. I understand this and i am losing weight. I am extremly friendly have lots of friends and have no problem talking to girls, but because well ithink because of my weight thats all it amounts to. I dunno but i am losing weight and all but what do i do now. I cant live like this its hard not having a person to hold. I guess i need dome help. I feel weird asking this. My friends would laugh so hard if they ever saw this. Oh and i will be going to college for football as a lineman. I am a junior. I have a year left and i need some help.

OK. You seem to have a great personality and weight can be an insecurity sometimes, but you need to realize that if someone doesn't like you because of your weight then they are not worth it. Why try to impress some girl who's judging you by your wieght and not by who you really are. TRust me. People are rude in high school and will make fun of anyone for the smallest imprefection. YOu need to go for whatever girl you really like and i hope that she sees you for who you are. Thats great that your losing wieght, but try not to see it as helping you with getting whatever girl you want.

Men, on average, loose weight much faster than woman and gain muscle faster. If you're really willing to work on it I suggest you start a plan, such as South Beach Diet, Atkins, Weight Watchers, ect. Each have websites you can visit to get to understand their program. However, if you want to do this on your own this is what I suggest you do... Eat lots of proteins like eggs, grilled chicken, grilled beef/pork, tuna, salmon, tofu, ect. Eat whole grains and vegitables and fruite. Drink water with every meal if you can and the easiest way to loose weight, especially for men is to stop drinking sodas. Just by eliminating soda and sweet juices will help more than you can imagine! Mix a 35-40 minute cardio (which I'm sur eyou can due because you are a football player) with muscle workouts.
