I wanna loose weight

I have been on diets before but nothin really worked. I was 169 pounds when I started the last one I was on and I lost 5 pounds. Thne my mom didn't but or help me with anything else after that so I ate what she ate/or made me. I am now 195 pounds and im only 14!!! I amm very much overweight and I wanna loose but when I try now it seems that i only gain. I want to try the Special K cereal but my mom wont buy it. she says its a waist of money. I do have a boyfriend and he doesnt think im fat but I am and every girl knows that if they ask their boyfriends they are gonna tell you what you wanna hear not what you need to hear. I need some tips on how to loose weight and things I can do to boost my metabolism. I wanna loose weight as fast as I can!!! even if it means puking after meals I will do it!! If you have ever been overweight and/or fat then you know how it feels to want to be skinny.

Dude, I'm 150 lbs and I'm looking for the same thing you are. It's simple, ALWAYS read the calories and serving size on the nutrition facts label. At fourteen, you should only be consuming about 2000 calories a day and that's for people who are a healthy weight. Try going for 1500 calories a day and if you start seeing results, then you can start moving up toward 2000.


Stay away from sugars, even in fruit. A sugary peice of fruit will leave you more hungry than you were before you ate it. And watch carbs (noodles, bread, rice, etc.).

I know how you feel, when you say you will do anything and want to loose fast, I know how you feel. Anything will go because thin tastes better than anything. Thought I was never considered overweight I use to go through issues in my past. One thing I learned about loosing weight is that there really is no fast solution if you want it to last. If you want to a life time solution it will take hard work and definitely no puking. I suggest you read up on the South Beach Diet (southbeachdiet.com) It works THE BEST hands down but only if you follow the plan correctly, no slipping up! It's hard but worth it. The only problem with any diet you do is that you start off hard and then it gets less strict and you may gain a pound and get mad and eat less and loose a pound but then you will gain it back. So if you decide to do this diet or any other just stick with the plan, don't get upset if you gain a pound or you're not loosing fast enough. Also, exercise. 10 minutes on the treadmill a day is not enough. I suggest 30-45 minutes of cardio whatever it may be (running, treadmill, elliptical, dance, DDR, swimming,ect.) 3 days a week minimum. Also do muscle toning with it, lunges, crunches, pusups, leg lifts, arm curls, ect. (DDR is amazing for both cardio and leg toning).

hi. my name is becca and i know how you feel. i was about the same weight as you not too long ago, and i wanted to loose weight so much that i became anorexic. i ended up loosing the wieght but i was also in the hospital for a week and a half from malnutrition. i could've died. my boyfriend was devistated i would do such a thing to myself.

anorexia and bulimia are not the answer to your weight loss problems. anorexia is basically slowly killing yourself and bulimia is doing the same while ruining your espohogus.

after the hospital, i looked up ways to loose wieght the healty way. this is what worked for me:

eat some form of fruit for breakfast, or even a small fruit salad. it tastes yummy and is helthy for you.

lunch can either be a salad or even a sub. just make sure to look out for certain things. the best subs have lettuce, tomatoes, a little but of cheese, a form of meat for protein, and wheat bread.

dinner can be just abut anything in small portions. the less you eat, the more likely your body become accustomed to intakng more food, which means a gradual weight loss.

snack or dessert can be a fruit smoothie or yogurt, but not like trix yogurt which is mainly sugar. i once repaced 2 meals with 2 cups of yogurt each meal, and lost 2 pounds a week. and that stuff tastes DELICIOUS! yoes a pina colada flavor that is to die for.

do not do anything that you might regret later. your boyfriend loves you just the way your are. if he didnt, why would he be with you? exercise and eat healthily and you WILL loose the wieght. i promise.
