advice

are stride gum wrappers edible?

i heard they were if you eat the wrapper with the gum.
is this true, like are they meant to be chewed,
i would think they would advertise the wrappers being edible and stuff, but idk, is it true?

Actually ya you can chew them BUT the reason it isnt advertised it because you can chew any papaer and esp. with gum (or any type of food for that matter) it will break down and be 'edible' you can do this with any paper but those wrappers are thin. i dont think its made out of rice paper and if it was meant to be eaten i think it would dissolve on contact not stay as a blob in your mouth for a while lol when i was a kid my grandma would send me Japanese candy and they have ones with edible wrapers and its nothing like that it dissolves. it is 'edible' and can be eaten but that doesnt mean its supposed to be haha :P hope i helped!!! my friends and i tried this and had a conversation about it lol

okay well yes im 15 and yes im pregnant.
its two months on the 3rd.
i talked to my parents.
they said i should keep it.
and so did my boyfriends parents.
but heres the thing...the only way we could both take care of the baby was if we moved in together.
so my question is should i move in with or no?

I think you could im not exactly sure if that is best and couldn't he move in with you cause your family could probably help with the baby more and help YOU cause they are YOUR family. if you guys do move in together PLEASE sleep in different rooms and do NOT have sex again because do you want to end up with another baby? if you have more questions please send me a message! ;)

I would like to make a simple hat. [Something like this http://members.aol.com/JSchlossma/cyc.html] Does anyone know of any tutorials for this with pictures [crocheting only]? I'm a beginner, all I've made are various scarves and a poorly made sock with no pattern. I can't seem to follow patterns well without a visual picture. Help? I undestand how to do stitches and stuff but all I see is the finished product.. how am I supposed to know what it's supposed to look like in the progress of making? :[

Should I just give up on this?

There are lots of different books and patterns out there but all the ones i found you have to BUY so either buy some off the computer (like there are good links to ones to buy on the webiste u got earlier in a post) or check out Joann Fabrics or Michael's or sumthing hope i helped!

ok at my school there are only freshmen and sophmores and im a sophmore. but theres this freshmen and i really like him. hes so cute and nice and funny. and idk if its weird for me to like him i mean is the age differance too much? i know some people date people who are more than a year apart but i mean with so few kids idk if it would be just too awkward.

Now, I'm the kind of person who lying is a big deal to me. Trust overall is a big deal. And people who violate that... lets just say that I may not bring it up, but I will remember this.

Okay so coming up is my 1st anniversery with my bf and i want to make him something thoughtful. he wrote me a poem about how much i mean to him and it was really sweet. i made him a CD before as a present with love songs and he loved it. so now i was thinking this time i write down lyrics to different songs; im doing 365 different lines of lyrics and ive got a lot done so far. so i was wondering if anyone knew some really sweet love songs that i can use?? also, id like an opinion on the present im making before i put to much time into it. thnx in advance!!! =]

i want to make a documentary on stereotypes and racism in todays teen society. i want to dress up as different races and stereotypes to see how different i get treated, or if i get treated differently. sorta like an experiment. do you thik it's a good idea? anyone ever make a documentary? anyone know anything at all about this i'd love some advice. maybe even if you know of like a contest for documentarys to enter too

i think its a fab idea but it would be extremely hard to do that without help from someone with a lot of money! lol and i dont know what school you would use either...its a great idea but you would need a special company to help you arrange everything. not so helpful maybe but w/e good luck

Hi I had unprotected sex with by boyfriend, but he didnt not cum in me! i dont think that he pre-ejaculate in me either, is there any chance that i can get pregnant?

there is a SMALL chance cause even if you started your period the next day im pretty sure thats to soon for it to stop. And actually some women get there periods in the first couple months of pregnancy! But it sounds like you ok so dont worry. If you really want to make sure wait a couple days and then take a test. Just next time use a condom!

when i hold hands with someone, my hands sweat a little bit.

from what i know i think that happens with like everyone. idk it kinda happens to me but i do it anyway haha i dont know how to stop it but i dont think he/she will care cause it happens to everyone. if its bothering you let go and grab something or point to something or whatever and then wipe your hand on your jeans

This is a great oppurtunity for her to make more friends. It can be incredibly tough when you feel like your losing all your friends but they will still be friends just not live close. I know that can be really hard and lonely. I can relate in a different way because i had to leave my old group of friends because I couldn't stand it any more and needed to break away and i had lots of other friends but the group i usually hung out with was over and it was hard but now i have a completely new group of friends and they are so nice! Just explore other options! haha if she kind of talks to some girls in class invite her to do something like a movie or ask if you can join them at a football game and get to know her friends more. That's what i did and now i have a fab group of friends! Give other people a try because this one girl hated me for dating the boy she liked and the next year (after dumping him and him dating her as a rebound :P) i (really bold i know but i felt it was the right thing to do and it worked haha) said i know u dont like me and she said she thought i didnt like her! haha now we are good friends and thats behind us lol. so give people she thinks she doesnt like or wont like and talk to them! start being more social and talking to people about general stuff and just saying hi in the hallways. Hope i helped and good luck! i know she will make lots of friends and everything will work out but if she needs more help im always here!!!

um after the ice age.. like i heard that we're still in it since greenland and antarctica ice sheets havent completely melted what happens? cause we seem to be getting warmer which i think is also increasing faster due to like.. greenhouse gases and stuff. so.. will we in years to come be like.. super warm on earth? and during the ice age how did people survive. infact were humans around during the ice age? can you clue me in to a history of our time with the earth and stuff? include info on dinosaurs.. stuff like that so it makes sense to me, im just 13 and interested. also i heard that noah (in the christian bible.. the guy with the ark of animals) was real and lived near egypt and there was a big flood on the Nile.. so it is a real story, but perhaps exaggerated? explain please. and supervolcanoes.. im scared of them. what if that thing in yellowstone erupts? what would be signs if it were to erupt? how DO volcanoes erupt and why? plus is it possible to fall into a volcano? like is there this big hole at the top.. i mean then why would anyone wanna hike up a volcano. and if you fall in is it like instant death or what? *shiverz just thinking about it* by the way feel free to use christian terms since well im a christian

Ok this is more for the beckyboo or whatever her anem is and YOU based on what i think. first in 5 billion yrs if we still r alive (which i doubt beyond everything cause i am a strong Christian and can tell are world is close to being to horrible and soon God will come and save us) but im sure pple would be smart enought to cntinue living after the sun dies out. there is a movie about pple living on mars where they only see the sun like every 10 yrs and use things kinda like tanning beds but they stand and they get whatever that stuff the sun gives off. anyway if you fallinto any volcano its instant death esp. cause there isnt any way to get out. i know evoloution sounds real and it is interesting but it sounds way to impossible to me for it to be true! how in the world could everything just happen to work perfectly and fit together and all that? its impossible. it had to have a plan by someone great and beyond obviously. God's exsistence before us is just to amazing for us to grasp in our human minds. and we are only able to use 10% of our brains. if we could access the rest we would be incredibly smart and be able to do amazing things. We continue to try to be able to do such. anyway how would man and woman be created so perfectly? how would the organisms create two types of every animal esp. humans? how come we just hapen to be able to talk and be so much smarter than all other creatures? There is actually very much proof ih history that backs up the bible too AND one of the leading atheists actually after everything he learned and studied even after being a role modle atheist declared that e too thinks there has to be a one greater prescence out there. its pretty cool when the bible is like a history book! haha and sometimes when you read something it connects with the bible and thats cool too. if you have more questions just ask! leave me a message in my inbox ;)

Im not sure what type of music your into but i did a routine with a mix of popular pop music. Like London Bridge and Fergalicious by Fergie. Something fast and fun might be good for a part of your routine cause I really liked it! ;) Or possibly Girlfriend by Avril Lavigne thats pretty upbeat too it depends on what type of music your looking for (slow, fast, punk, pop) maybe more details could help me come up with more ideas. hope ur routine is HOT!!! :D

I have small breasts, and when I wear bras with no padding, I like to touch my breasts. Never with no bra, and never with heavily-padded bras. I don't know why this is. It really bothers me, too, since I get this craving to touch and grasp my breasts during class, and around people. Does this qualify as masturbation? And why do I have this craving? I never get the urge to touch my genital area, just my breasts. Can someone tell me why or help me with an explanation at all? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! : )

i know this sounds really stupid but u said they are small and have they maybe grown or are getting bigger or you dont like their size because possibly you are just subconsiously worried about how small they are or excited that they are getting bigger because iused to subconsiouly touch mine sometimes when they grew a little because mine are pretty small too. and i do wish they were a bit bigger. hope i helped ;)

The first person said please don't say he's a christian well i say im glad you put that. i, like you, am a girl of strong faith. i understand that it can be very hard whne you like a boy and he's not christian. I say do not date him. He may be able to change but in order for him to do that he has to want it like everyone else said. You shouldn't comprimise your standards for him and def. not compromise God for him. You know you shouldn't but the other part of you does. I am taking this from a strong girl's perspective in case you didnt notice :) haha. I had a bf once and he was christian but wasnt a true one. He swore and didnt go to church or have any connection with the Lord so i broke up with him.

Honestly the point of dating is finding someone you want to spend the rest or your life with and from what i read i get that you certainly dont want to end up with someone like him so what would you get from dating him? Except possibly a lot of problems. Stay friends but my one friend said this to me you cant help him change (if he wants to and tries) if your dating him because then it will just be about you. he wont actually care just pretend so you will date him.

I know it seems like there arent a lot of good christian guys out there but there are and God has one planned and waiting for you so dont worry about him or sacrifice yourself.

I have a bgf who's an amazing christian and because of his dedication to the Lord we have to wait until we can date but i believe in him and look up to him and think he's a great person. Someone your in a relationship with should be someone who understands you and has the same morals and beliefs as you. How else can you confide in him and ask him for advice and help? I know my bgf can help me with anything and that when he comforts me and gives me advice that its honest and good and we share a lot together. You need someone like that and I promise you will get a man like that just wait. I know waiting is painful and hard and my bgf is working for the Lord and therefore is unable to date me but i look up to him for that and his amazing relationship with the Lord and dedication to helping young teens/preteens lead a good, clean, christian life.

I know everything i am saying is very opinionated but its exactly that-my opinion. I have this guy and we have gone out 3 times. I broke up with him again because he has alot of friends that are girls and I feel that he treats me the same as them. Also some of them like him and he flirts with him. Well we broke up and he wanted to get back together with me. Everyone was like don't go out with him again!!!!! Well one day we were talking about "us" and I asked what would we do different going out than being friends because we don't do anything special. He said I can think of something but he wouldn't tell me. I got mad at him and we got in an arguement. We made up but I told him we should just be friends. We are friends but I askd him what he was going to say and he says it doesn't matter anymore and won't tell me. I do want to be with him but what can I say to tell him what I want. How do I get him to tell me. He knows I still like him and he still like me. Also sometimes he just flirts with his other girlfriends and acts like i'm not there. It makes me mad cause he just ignores me. at least 3 other girls like him.

Maybe its kissing? that's what i would think. whats the point in dating him if you dont think its going to go anywhere anyway? People are always dating but its so stupid if you know its not for any specific reason except have someone to couple up with or whatever. Dating has a purpose and thats finding your true love, your one and only, and people just d it to have fun and be 'cool'. Just be friends and look for someone to truly have a relationship with. i just saw this commercial and this girl was wearing a dress made out of bubbles...how do u do that?

I'm not sure about what your talking about but there are types of bubbles stuff that when you blow the bubbles they stick to things. It's really cool. It's possible it was made of that but idk how to make a dress out of that! Probably effects or something like the other person said. why do some people always say that they are bored when they are hanging out with you? isnt that offensive.. doesnt it mean that theyre the boring person bc if they want something to be unboring they should make it fun

I get what everyone is saying about it being offensive but with my friends i complain that im bored all the time! im always like 'im bored!' sometimes i even joke with guys to entertain me i say im bored when my friends and i arent doing anything not if we r doing something just if were like sitting there. i complain a lot and know this :P but if its a friend dont just think their being rude they might just be joking around that they want something to do. :)
