i just saw this commercial and this girl was wearing a dress made out of bubbles...how do u do that?

I'm not sure about what your talking about but there are types of bubbles stuff that when you blow the bubbles they stick to things. It's really cool. It's possible it was made of that but idk how to make a dress out of that! Probably effects or something like the other person said. You could try searching for sticking bubbles if you don't find anything about the dress. Hope i helped and good luck with your bubble adventure@ lol haha ;)

It would help if I knew what the commercial was for. If it was soap bubbles, it was probably done on computer. If it was made of bubble wrap, I think they cut the bubble wrap and glue the pieces together, but I'm sure it takes some craft skills.
