I started dating this guy when I was fifteen who was eighteen. He and I were together for a year and two months....partially because I ran away with him for five of them. Well, this last December I had his child and my mom and I won't let him have any part of it. But since he was eighteen, I just want to make sure that in two years when I'm eighteen he can't try to fight for custody. Would he have any rights over my son?

First off its illegal, if your eighteen or older, to have sex with anyone under the age of 18. so first, thats a bad move, and second yes he can because you will both be consiered adults and he has all the same rights over your son as you do. and i hate to say it but yes he can take custody of your son. chances are he wont thought becuase he had sex with you when you were 15 so he would go to jail, lol. so i have a very good feeling that you'll be able to keep your son. but he does have the right to see him. i hope all goes well.

My dog barks at the slightest movement or sound. He chases my four cats around and when hes on a walk he chases cars. He is a Border Collie, so it is natural for him to try to herd things. He is so out of control sometimes that he will see the neighbor dogs from the inside window and will throw himself at the window, barking like a maniac. What do you suggest I do? (link)

Well, I am a sports freak, but I have started to get out and try new things. I tried color/winter guard, but when my grandfather passed away, I got behind and couldnt catch because I couldnt get anyone to teach me the things that I had missed. So now I am the manager of the track team and I love it... except for one thing. When Im at practice the coach is late, I try and tell them what they should be doing and stuff until the coach gets there. Then one of the girls tried to tell me off and say that you cant have practice unless the coach was there and one of the guys was telling me that he had been there longer and that "we strech as a team", but the rest of the team except maybe two or three, including him, were running. If they strech as a team, shouldnt they run as a team? So, how do I get them to respect me and not be smart ellic to me when I tell something to do, both in a nice way and a mean way? I have talked to the coach about the two times they have disrespected me. (link)

ok if you want sum respect, your gonna have to get a little loud. you have to show your authority. if you dont they will see you as one ofthem and treat you like one of them. but if you use your athority, they will understand that your in command. but this can take sum time. so wat you wanna do is almost threatin, but not in a bad way!! i dont know wat age group the track people are in but usually like threating to kick them off the team if they dont show respect, because if you dont show respect you dont get respect. so if they tell you off tell them they cant practice, or threatin to kick them off the team. its all about authority, so use the power that you've been given. i hope i helped.

Ok here goes, I am an advice giver and everything but I can't fix this problem. I go to a school where there is a whole bunch of guys. I have a major crush on one of them but every time I make a move on a guy I like, I get these kinds of remarks such as "You should jump off a bridge and save yourelf the embarassment of actually having a love life". Remarks like these are said to me everyday and somehow they have etched themselves into my head and they won't go away. Now it seems like the only way to get rid of them is to commit suicide. the only way to get his attention is to try and show more interest! by this i mean, flirt, talk to him more and make him feel as if he really needed you. and if he stays the same and doesn't show as much interst as you, you might just consider leavin him. you can find a much more respectful and loving guy that shows interest in his gf

Am I the only one that believes people should type correctly when asking a question? Is there some way to create something that would change words that were "Chatspeak" to English?
For example:

Would become:
There is this boy, I really, really, like him! What do I do?
I know that is a dumb question to start with, but it's an example. I don't know how to create a program that would change the "fake" words into "real" words.. if you know, and would share, you rock!

Okay so I am the one who I like the guy in my drama class and was nervous to talk to him, well today I told my friend who is good friends with him. She called him and his answering machine picked up and I was like "you're hot" like just kidding cuz I thought the phone was still ringing and it wasnt!!! She was like that was.. me (she said my name) I was so mortified!! Well I have to go to 1st period Drama w/ him in it!! I begged my mom not to make me go.. lol of course my mom said I HAD to go! its not legal to drop out be for the age of 16. the best thing she can do is drop out and get home skooled. cause if she drops out now. she'll either go to prison later in life for makin stupid choices or never get a life and live on the streets. its that simple. so at least make her be home skooled. you and yur parents can maybe make it fun for her to wanna go to skool. i hope everythin goes well.

Hello everyone i have a grandpa ( sorta ) well he doesnt talk to me ever i try calling him to see if he would like help around his house and garden and stuff but he says no ill ask katie to do that. On Forth of July last year i was trying to help clean up and then mii cousin ran in and spilled water all over the gradage on top of me so when she was sitting in there i did it to her and i got "grounded" to my grandpas basement by my grandpa. tell them in a nice sinceir way that you need a little bit more space and sum more privacy, but make sure they dont take it the wrong way. add to it like, we can hang out as much as we used to just not as often. then to make sure their not hurt make plans for like da weekend and that be the only one ova da weekend. this should give he/she the idea that you still like them but not so much that you are in eachothers faces all the time. i hope you get that space you've wanted.

its always better to learn one language at a time so you dont get them mixed up, second, spanish, next to english, would be the next best language to learn, if you live in the US, but that depends on wat contry your working in. i also think it would be better to learn in a class room enviroment so u can hear the words they teacher says so you no how to say them. and finally the best way to memorize a language is too incorrporate it with sound or sight. e.i. if everytime you say 'que' and you looked at a certain item or made a certain noise, everytime you see that item or hear that noise you would remember that word (takes a long time) i hope i helped you!!

Okay this is all very confusing, I'm sorry and I hope it doesn't make ya'lls head spin but here is my problem.
I made out with a guy totally unaware that he had a girlfriend.
Well recently, I got in contact with his brother, and she was over there. I mentioned something to his brother about us making out, in jest. She got on and immediatly asked me if whatI say is true.
I said, yes. It was. I wasn't gonna lie.
She told me that they'd been dating for three years straight, and she thought she might be prengnat. HE told me nothing of the sort, that she was just a friend.
After much hassle, she called me and told me she'd confront him about it. She did, and he denied it, and she told me "I don't believe you, I trust him."
Things are blowing up, random friends of hers are IMing me like crazy, and his brother is sort of half and half beleving me, yet feeling dedication towards his brother.
Of course the whole attention thing is on them..its oh "Krista* made a big deal about it.." "OH krista is trying to ruin a relationship" when that totally wasn't my view or anything.
How can I help what she saw? I think its been hurting me more then it has them. What do I do?
I want a logical way to get back at them, or to show them that I don't give two dead rats.
I want the girlfriend to know that it IS true no matter how much he denies it, though it doesnt matter much to me if we messed around or not.

well the best way to remember anything is to accosiate it to a sight or sound. for example, if your learning multiplication, not to say you that young or stupid, and everytime you see or do a problem, you were to clap your hands, (you would have to do it a lot) you would remember the information you were just looking at while clapping your hands. this works with music and any sounds or sight. but it would take sum time and practice. i hope it works

well it sumtimes depends on the girl. but i dont like it when they wear much make-up, make them look fake like a doll or sumthin. but if i had to chose on wat i like, i would say.... idk lip stick is fine but it can look wierd sumtimes. i say girls, espically at a younger age dont need to be wearin make-up, and if they still want to tell them they only need a little. cause it's not much of a turn-on fo me neways...
