how can i improve my memory?

I want to improve my memory, memorize faster, retain information learned so that I can remember old lessons in school, and so I would have an easier time learning anew language.

any tips?

well the best way to remember anything is to accosiate it to a sight or sound. for example, if your learning multiplication, not to say you that young or stupid, and everytime you see or do a problem, you were to clap your hands, (you would have to do it a lot) you would remember the information you were just looking at while clapping your hands. this works with music and any sounds or sight. but it would take sum time and practice. i hope it works
