OK. IT'S OK! CALM DOWN! Whatever you do DON'T HURT YOURSELF OR ANYBODY AROUND YOU! Talk to the guy before you do anything drastic like kill yourself. If you love him THAT much he probably loves back too. Just don't hurt yourself over a guy, it's not worth it.

Well, who really cares if guys don't like you? I mean they are guys (no offense) but most of them are complete idiots. You can try to please them by wearing lots of makeup and short skirts, but I mean com'on. When the right guy comes along he will probably ask you out. I wouldn't worry bout it too much.

I have this friend. Well, he's not exactly my friend, but we hang out at school and stuff. Awhile back, I used to like him and I told some people. One day, someone told him. Then he started avoiding me. Now he's talking to me, like all the time. He always wants my advice on something and always sticks up for me. Does anyone know why he's acting like this?

I don't know why people are mean. Everyone says...oh it's just because they don't feel good about themselves. That's not true because I know I am mean to some very deserving people at school and I feel fine about myself. Maybe it is like a chemical unbalance in the brain...you never know.
At school there is a boy who is constantly being teased and at first I was disgusted but than when he sat in front of me in math I felt fine when I saw his being teased because he treated other people so horribly.
People don't tease me at school, I don't know why. Last year they would tell me how big my nose is...which isn't true. I didn't really care and the guy who was insulting me ended calling and apoligizing...hows that for ya?

Same here...for a year i would be a complete neat freak. Have any friends that are neat freaks? Have them over very often. Also...stay out of your room. Keep your room clean by making your messes other places.

Yeah, usually I give advice, but I figured I'd ask this time. Two of you have already seen this question, but I thought I'd just put it out here for the rest of you to help me with.
Okay, here it goes. I've found my DREAM college. I mean, this is what I've been searching for since, like, ninth grade. I'm almost certain I'd be accepted there.
Problem 1 - CalArts is in Southern California. Now, I live in michigan and my mom doesn't want me to go that far away.
Problem 2 - The tuition. $22,190. My dad doesn't have a job, my mom can't work, and I don't have a job yet. Even if I did, I wouldn't be able to make that much by next year. However, I do have books written, and could publish them, but even with that I'm not sure I'd be able to make the money.
Problem 3 - my parents both think that the only reason I want to go there is because my boyfriend's going to a college down there. That's not why I want to go.
So essentially, I'm wondering what you guys think. Should I try to get into a college my mom doesn't want me to go to, even though it's my dream school AND if I went there, I'd probably have somewhere to live? Help me out...

Sounds like you know exactly where you want to go and your heart seems really set on going there. Tell your parents that is where you want to go..within time they should be able to realize it and accept this.
To get the money: Do you already have money saved up or not? If you do then thats great and you should continue saving up. If you can you should get those books published. Also try geting a job at a resturant. Preferably a nice one because along with the pay you get good tips.

One of my friends, Lizzy, is always talking about her friend, Kate. It didn't bother me until I realized how much Kate hates me. Kate once went on Lizzy's screenname on AIM and started saying "I hate you!!" and stuff like that. When I told Lizzy, she said, "I'm going to kill Kate, I am so mad at her!" but they are still best friends. Also, Lizzy talks about all this stuff she hates and when I do, she says its not that bad. And she is always saying blondes are dumb, which they truely aren't and it bothers me to hear people say that. But when I told her it bothered me she just said "Its only a joke." K, so today I said, "wow, Mrs. F really acted like a cheerleader today!" and she said "most cheerleaders aren't ditzy."
K, she said blonde jokes as a joke, I realize it...so when I say the cheerleader thing as a joke, why should she get all mad? She's not a cheerleader, but I am a blonde. blondes aren't dumb. I told her that!

If you really value the friendship tell her exactly how you feel. Say that Kate isn't always nice and although it may be a joke it still hurts. If Lizzy feels the same way about your rfiendship she should tell Kate.
If you don't want to talk to her try giving her a little bit of the silent treatment to get her attention. If she is smart she will realize that something is upsetting you and will ask you about it.
AS a last resort you might just want to stop being her friend. I mean she doesn't seem like exact best friend material. Hope I could be some help! Let me know how it all turns out!

I've only had my ear peirced, but they don't hurt much at all. It feels kinda like someone is pinching with their nails on the earlobe but about a minute after it doesn't hurt much. It's going to feel wierd though because having stuff on your ear is a big difference.

I don't think that he doesn't want to be you boyfriend or have people know that you are together. I think maybe at the moment he is just gathering himself. I'd give it a coyple of days...a week MAYBE two at the most.

I know this is a tricky situation. If I were in your place I would have no idea what to do either. I know you probably don't want to do this but just ask him what's wrong. Maybe if your friends with one of his friends you can ask them what its all about. If he really isn't responding at all maybe he isn't the right guy.

When they shout insults just ignore them. If they start to hurt you you need to talk to an adult. If they do hurt you try not to fight back. I don't want to say violence is not the answer, because sometimes it is...but don't do things to provole them. If you have to even avoid them...ask to be sat away from them in class.

I am in 6th grade too. I don't know how you feel about dating older boys but at this age it's not the best idea. They are more experianced and want to rush into things. He's probably not the love of your life so just let it go. Wait until high school or college to date older boys, then you are smarter and more experianced.
