they don't show any of the clothes online....ask somebody 4 ur newspaper at home which provides a lot of filene's stuff!! it will give u plenty of things 2 choose from!! if not have one of your parents drive u 2 the store and u can take a look at the stuff they have 2 choose from and then try them on and see what best fits u!! yesh! u can go 2 filene's teens department they have great clothes and their the same style as brands that r really expensive!! u can even go on a shopping spree on SALE days cuz they are really down on the prices meaning u can get even more clothes u like!!! Have Fun!! Good Luck!!

Ok i personally love the SURF look.. even tho i havent surfed yet ((gr)) but i love the look. I like to shop at Pacsun and stuff but can anyone give me like steps to a true surf look.. like hair, makeup (if any), clothes from head to toe in detail. Thanks, i appreciate the help.. and can anyway give me any other good stores surf style besides PacSun.. thx and this qu. is for people who would know.. please dont leave an answer saying i have no clue or surfers suck or something mean like that. Hey. I thank everyone in advance. I'm an advice columnist on here, but I need advice.
Here's my problem:
I used to be BEST FRIENDS with this girl, Nicole. We used to do everything together - camping, swimming, movies, ext. About 8 months ago - we got in a huge fight, and ended our friendship. It was entirely my fault. About 4 months ago - we started talking again. She said she forgave me, and that we could still be friends. Since then - we've talked about 10 times. The problem is: I really miss her being around. Everyone in my family says they want her and I to be friends again. What should I do? Do I call her, or IM her more? Or should I just forget about it? I have more friends, but I really miss her. Thanks for all advice. I'll rate.

You should try 2 continue mending the friendship and letting her know u are truly sorry for what u did!! tell her u guys soon hang out soon!! ask her if she wants 2 cum ova ur house, or going out 2 movies.....remind her of the memories u 2 had 2gether as friends!! hope everything works out!!! 2 weeks ago (to the day) I got grounded for acting like an idiot. I screwed up big time. I'm in trouble pretty much for saying I was at a friend's house and then leaving her house to hang out with other people. My parents were pissed beceause they couldn't find me for 2 hours. Understandable. But I have nothing. I'm not allowed on the computer (shh dont tell lol) I can't use the phone, go places, have people over, and they took my cell away. I'm going insane not being able to talk to people. They won't even tell me how long I'm grounded for. They keep saying that I'm grounded until they feel that I have proven to them that I can be let off of punishment. What exactly can I do to prove this? I've been cleaning and doing all that shit. I have a job, I'm active in sports, get decent grades. Honestly, most parents want a child like me. I mess up once in awhile, everyone does, but everytime I do they like spazz on me (usually when i mess up tho its pretty bad..) I just want to frikin be able to do something! i feel like i'm in prison except its worse because i have no one to talk to, i cant go outside, and i have no phone privilages. I'm going crazy! (link)

wut u need 2 do is continue to show ur parents that u r responsibile and continue 2 show that u will neva do anythin like that again and stand by your word and don't do it again!! make sure they can trust u again!!

My mother treats me like I'm 5. I can't shop wherever i want to. She tries to hold my hand while crossing the street and at the mall. I needed new underwear and there were thongs and then granny underwear. She handed me the granny underwear!!! I told her I wasn't wearing them and then she was like, "Ok we're leaving here then." You need to tell your mother that you aren't a little kidd anymore tht you need to be your own person!! You need to tell her that you want to do things for yourself such as going shopping where you are so you can express yourself as an individual!! Let her know you still love her and will continue to out with her but for her to let you do what you want becuz you are becoming a someone that can figure things out for yourself!! just start workin out now so you can keep in shape!! Eat healthy and have "fatty foods" only on special occasions!! Take a pilates class to strengthen you abs and just excercise a lot!!

Here is some advice: get aqquainted with the other campers!! If someone looks lonely and shy then go over introduce yourself and make friends!! You can also try to get on your cousin's good side by just trying to be her friend and let her know you are always here for her if she ever needs you!! Have fun at camp hope everything works out!!

I'm sorry to tell you but the only way 2 make your stomach flat is to do excercises and eat healthy foods!!! Get into doing Pilates, they help you reallly flat out your stomach!!

Well....you could always ask your parents for shopping money...and tell them what is going on and let them know that the girl at your school is being madde fun by the way she dresses!! Then get clothes that are stylin'!!
You could also do a lemonade stand and raise money!! After that you can go shopping or you could also look in many magizines that are at the supermarket where they show clothes for low prices!! Hope everything works out and let me know what happens!!

The South Beach Diet is for really overweight people! You said you were 14 years old right? I am 16 years old and I am 5'7 and I weigh about 122 pounds!! Which is not much I am a very skinny person!! Hunnni I think at 14 years old you don't need to go on a South Beach Diet!! That is more for adults!! The normal weight for 14 year olds 100-125 (maybe!) It's a product for adults!! Hey....I to wanted to start a band with my friends!! It was really fun...I was the guitarist!! Tell your mom that you are interested in playing music and that you would wondering if you could maybe experience music by learnign to play the guitar!! Tell her not only boys play the guitar...yeah she has heard of John Lennon and Keith Richards.....but Janis Joplin and many other girls can play the guitar!! Lucky you! You are going out in the real world and making a business on your own!! What you can do is print up flyers for your family, neighbors, or friends who may need a babysitter!! So at family functions for example you could pass out these flyers and tell them about what you are trying to do!! Also you can post flyers outside in your neighborhood!! Be sure to get permission!!
