In Tri-Star, when my picture is wider than the bio column, it just gives me a horizontal scroll bar. Is there a way to just make the column expand to fit the picture instead?

Tri-Star is made with CSS and DIVs, which will work with most browsers and are easier for search engines to crawl. One of their few drawbacks is that there is no way to make them expand to fit content. :(
All of the global layouts are made with tables. They do expand to fit content, but they have drawbacks, such as long links stretching the page. I'll make a table-based Tri-Star in the future, though that will undo some of its cool features.
For now, you can use Tri-Star with larger wings:

I think i have poison ivy on my legs. it's just on the side of my calves right now, and i put some hydricortisone cream on it but it's kind of burning. is there any home remedies to get rid of poison ivy?
Put extremely hot water on it for as long as you can stand. That will immediately get rid of the itching.

I've been trying to download the new Icq 6 all day today, but everytime it finishes the download, I get this message saying 'The publisher could not be varified, are you sure you want to run this program?'
So I hit 'Run anyways' & then it says Icq 6 has encountered a problem & has to close.
So what's wrong with it?
Like should I uninstall Icq 5.1 first & then install Icq 6?
I'm just afraid that if I uninstall icq 5.1 then I won't be able to get icq 6 installed & then I won't be able to redownload icq 5.1

Uninstall 5.1. Delete the 6.0 installation file, and download it again; click "save" instead of "run". When it's done, go to wherever you saved it and run it. If it still won't work, you won't be able to use 6.0. You can download version 5.1 here:

If the scanner is physically broken(it won't turn on or operate at all), you'll have to take it in to get it fixed. If it just won't work with your computer, read the manual and use their installation software. Go to the manufacturer's website if you don't have documentation or software.
You can take the negatives to wherever you get it developed and ask for digital copies, most places do this.

I used to have limewire then I deleted the file.
Now I got it again but everytime I try to search for a song a popup comes up saying it's not connected fully.
I disabled my firewall, but it just won't connect.
Anything I can do?
Go to start, then run. Type:
firewall.cpl
and press ok. Make sure this is disabled. Some antivirus applications are also firewalls, check them. If you are connected through a router, you'll need to forward a port, see portforward.com for more info about that. Some Internet Service Providers prevent their customers from using peer-to-peer applications like limewire; qwest, cox, comcast, charter, and roadrunner all do this. If you've done all of that, try uninstalling java and limewire. Go to start, then run. Type:
appwiz.cpl
Uninstall everything that starts with "java". Uninstall updates first, then "java runtime environment". Uninstall limewire from that same screen. Restart your comptuer. Install java:

Someone was using my computer user the account the other day and did something to it, but I do not really know what.
Now when I am booting the computer, at the select user account screen, there is a little message below my name that says I have 5 New mail messages. I have no new emails on my email adress account, so I guess it is for the guy that was using my computer.
So here is my question. How do I remove that sign?

Go to start, then run. Type:
regedit
and press ok. Expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER then Software then Microsoft then Windows then CurrentVersion and then click UnreadM. On the right, find and double-click MessageExpiryDays. Change the "value" to 0. The "unread messages" will now no longer be displayed on the welcome screen.
If that doesn't work, there is an option to do this under "logon" in tweakui:

Sites never show up on bills, ever, in any circumstances. Phone numbers might(at hotels only), but I doubt it.

What would you do with it?
There's this girl who I absolutely hate (with good reason.. a lot of people hate her but don't tell it to her face) and she basically has made her friendships through myspace. It's like her life or something, but I'm so sick of it because she's really fake. Well anyway the point is, I have her password so what are some things I could do to ruin her life? Do you think I should delete it? She has no idea I have it, but still.
Remember I'm trying to ruin her life.. So things like deleting her myspace would probably make her actually HAVE a life. Which I don't want. I want everyone to realize the real her and hate her as much as I do, but I don't know if I can do anything like that on myspace.

You don't have a graphics card, SIS makes onboard graphics(which is a very inferior version of a graphics card). There are no drivers to install.
Only very old games will work with onboard graphis, you may want to buy a graphics card(or a new computer). If you don't know what to buy, ask another question or see a computer repair place.

You just have to take the waste bits out with a coffee strainer. Nothing else is needed. However, using strained fryer oil will eventually damage the engine unless it's processed further. Take a look at:

I can't modify my comparison without redoing the whole thing; circumstances have changed, and it would ruin the validity of the test. I plan on redoing the test when both Firefox 3 and IE 8 are released(1-3 years from now).
Safari for windows is built on a special layer which allows it to run in windows. Because it's on this layer, and not built from the ground up to work on windows, it's very memory intensive and prone to crashes. Safari uses the WebKit layout engine, which is very fast, rivaling(though not yet exceeding) Opera's Presto layout engine. Safari is lacking many features you would expect from a modern browser, and unless you're moving to it from IE6, you're not going to like it much. Safari was released to windows primarily to boost the iPhone. The iPhone uses a version of the safari browser, and Apple wanted to make sure people could develop web apps compatible with the iPhone. Web developers need to check their sites in firefox, opera, IE7, IE6, and because Apple released safari for windows, they now have to test safari.
Overall, the only reason you would want to use safari is for it's extreme speed, but you would be better off with Opera. Opera is smaller, faster, more stable, and easier to use.

So on my laptop just suddenly when i press the power button to turn the thing on a black screen slowly fades to a white screen and then nothing. I hear the computer booting up but it just has this white screen that doesn't go away. Then occasionally Ill get an image when i turn it on but there will be flashing lines and stuff. Any Ideas??
The screen is broken, probably a loose cable somewhere inside the laptop. This isn't something you can fix yourself, see a computer repair place.
