Poison Ivy

I think i have poison ivy on my legs. it's just on the side of my calves right now, and i put some hydricortisone cream on it but it's kind of burning. is there any home remedies to get rid of poison ivy?

Put extremely hot water on it for as long as you can stand. That will immediately get rid of the itching.

Take a shower in the hottest water you can stand, for as long as you can stand - this should ease the itch for 8 hours.

Jewelweed is widely thought to help the rash.
Mash the weed and apply to the rash.

Spray with a deodorant containing aluminum, which most do.

That's all I can find for now.

I hope it goes away quickly!
