Alright this may seem pathetic.. but I just realized I don't like my boyfriend that much anymore... I just can't dump him because I.. don't know I juust can't do it! i say just talk to him and break up with him, don't somehow get him to dump you.
but you have to be nice about it and say that you definitely still want to stay close friends, but you just don't see him as a boyfriend anymore...and you don't know why, but just figure you should break up with him before you do something stupid and cheat on him or something...where he would end up getting hurt MORE.

I have tried to eat exactly 3 meals a day iwthout anny snakcs, but I'm having trouble. As soon as I come from school I NEED a snack. How can I keep myself occupied while I'm doin homewrok so I don't snack?!

instead of having a snack, have a drink...water would make the most sense since it fills you up, and is good for your body. if you just have water or something like fruit, then you shouldn't want junk food snacks like chips, cookies, etc.

i think you should go to a doctor since you said you probably have permanent damage. the doc would probably either give you medicine or some home stuff/things you could do to get your voice back.
