ive always been a very loud person and im always screaming and yelling..so over the years ive damaged my voice and now i speak i talk raspy and i sound like a man.. can anything help this? can a doctor help this? i want my voice back!!! thanks soo much!!

honey and tea only helps for someone if they temporary lose their voice.. im talkin about PERMANATLY damages my voice.. wut shud i do!?.

i think you should go to a doctor since you said you probably have permanent damage. the doc would probably either give you medicine or some home stuff/things you could do to get your voice back.

drink a lot and have tea with honey ... try not to yell ... if its really bothering you go to a voice coach and they'll help you
