i like this guy alot, and we weer supposed to ahng out yesterday but he couldnt becaus ehe was busy i guess... but idk he seemed interested, like he flirts with me, and ive caught him staring a couple of times, we talk on the phone like every night, etc!! well does this means he likes me?? and if so why isnt he asking me out yet??

it could go either way...like me and my guy friend used to talk on the phone like every night for HOURS. but he never liked me...but from the flirting and staring he probably DOES like you.
he probably hasn't asked you out yet because he probably thinks you don't like him or is just waiting for the right time to ask you.
