hi! okay well im 11 and i just started my period! ahh! well i live with my grandparents and my grandma is on her way home right now but i havent called her and told her. when she gets home what are some good lines to say to her? plz help! i rate really good!

Just be like "Grandma, do you keep any pads that I could use? Or could you take me to the drug store for some?" or something like that. Gosh, I remember when I told my mom. I was so nervous. I did it all wrong. >.> Just don't say you had to throw away your favorite pair of underwear because they had blood on them...no, don't say that.

Ok.. Im 14.. and I really love my boyfriend.. well.. last night.. we were talkin for a REALLY long time on the phone.. and he proposed to me. Its was really cute the way he did it. I of course said yes cause im so much in love with him.

What im wondering tho is: Do u think it can work out.. hes 16 and im 14... and also... do u think im too young to be engaged?

Yes, you're too young. But most likely it won't work out any, NO offence, but my friend got "engaged" when she was 13 or 14 and they broke up like a month later. Technically, you have to wait four years at least until you can get married, in most states. And once he's 18, it will be illegal for him to sleep with you, I think. Or is that 21...hmm. Anyway, yes, I think you're way too young.

ok I want to get my hair thinned..but my mom has a lot of questions that I don't have the answers to..so here goes:
1. What is the process of hair thinning?

Well, really, I get my hair thinned all the time and it's included in my regular hair cut. All you do is ask your stylist, while you're getting your hair cut, to thin your hair. She/he will take a little, what looks like a lice comb and run it through your hair, and basically it just takes some of the underneath hair out and your hair still looks full but it's easier to manage. It costs nothing as long as you're getting a hair trim/cut/style, they'll just do it if you ask them. Positives are it's easier to manage, it's obviously not as thick, and it's a lot cooler during summer. I can't really think of any negatives.

Okay, so I only just turned 13, and I want to become a professional singer.

I've always wanted to be one. Now I want to be one so bad I'll do anything. After seeing JoJo become a singer and she's only 13, I think I could do it too.

What I need to know is where I can go to shove my singing career off the ground. I've had private lessons on singing, and the only problem is I have stage fright of singing infront of people.

I just need to know 2 things. Places I can take my singing career further, and how to overcome my fear.

Lol, a professional singer with stage fright. Anyway. Can't help you much on the career bit, ask maybe your school music/band teacher or something if he/she knows anything.

But for stage fright, try singing in front of all your friends, and their parents/siblings, and everybody you know, and then once you get used to that, try singing in front of your school or church or whatever you go to, and yeah. Good luck!

ok, this is for the guys! If your girlfriend kissed you and she was wearing flavoured lip balm, would you like that or find it disgusting?

No, I'm not a guy, but oh well. The only stuff that I've seen guys consider gross is the REALLY fake, strong smelling stuff. If you have litke a reall light scent, and something pretty, not like grape or anything, then no, they don't consider that too gross.

Btw, about the neck perfume, just so you know, perfume tastes DISGUSTING, so I don't at all reccomend putting perfume on your neck. It tastes really bitter and nasty.

well, for halloween my friends and i all wanted to be fairys together, just for the fun of it. the thing is, i really don't have that much $ so i m trying to make a costume. does anyone have any ideas on how i could put this all together? just so you know, i suck at sewing. lol. but if its an easy pattern, i can probably do it. thanx a bunch!~i rate.

Okay, well, at Dollar Tree and all the other family stores, they have little plastic tiaras and crowns and wands for like a buck, so get a little tiara and a wand, and then you can go to Wal-Mart and buy some really see-through sparkly material, and cut it into kinda ovals, and then you can so a seam on them if you want, and you can buy velcro at Wal-Mart with a sticky thing on the back, put one part on your wings, and one part on a t-shirt. There ya go! Just wear a white shirt and white pants, and yeah. Sorry if that didn't explain very well, let me know if you need more detail.

Well, the hug was fine, I hug all my friends, including the guys. But the kiss might have gone a little far. If you saw your boyfriend kiss another girl, and you had NO EXPLANATION from him, you just assumed, what would you think? They were just friends, or he was cheating on you? Just tell your boyfriend that the kiss wasn't anything and that you just did it as a friend, and you won't do it again

Well im 15 and i have a WONDERFUL boyfriend. we've been together for 3 years!! and u have to admit thats pretty long..anyways, he gets horny a lot, and he tries to get me to have sex with him sometimes, and im just NOT ready!!! 1. If it's curly, straighten it and put it in a loose pony, then you can kinda do a little bun and fold the pony in half up, and then tuck that under the band. Hard to explain. Is your hair all the same length, or do you have bangs? If it's all the same length, leave a little strand of hair on each side of your head. If bangs, just comb them down. Or if it's straight and all one length, put it in a pony and put soft banana curls (Just really small, loose curls) on one strand of hair on both sides of your face. Or just put it in soft curls all over.

2. Some black eyeliner, a really really light, glossy lip, and just your regular powder/foudation. You could do a really smokey eyeshadow though, just use some black/grey tones and blend them for a smokey look.

3. Sorry, no real help from me there. For eyeshadow, you can put a little patroliam jelly, just a TINY bit on a q-tip and rub it on your eyelid to make the eyeshadow stay on, and try to use "all-day-wear" type lip glosses.

I have a pair of pants like that. I also have this AWESOME Indian looking belt, it's ties, so you'll want some kind of cool, flirty belt. They make chain ones, and white ones, it depends on the top. But you'll want kind of a chunky one, and then just wear like a little white t-shirt. Yep. As for an accessory(sp?), just a pretty necklace or something like that. But yeah, even if the pants don't have belt loops, you can still wear a belt, I do that all the time.

I have a big poster of aaliyah on my door and its getting kind of old ive had in since i was in 7th grade. what should i do with my door? i dont want it to be empty! nothing i have to go out for just stuff @ home. thanks!

You can either get an awesome colored curtain, or a plain curtain and dye it and put it up in front of your door, or you can string beads on dental floss and tape them to the top of your door and let them hand down, or you can put a collage of papers, pictures, posters and phrases on it, like I have on my wall.

i dont like my bro he is soo annoying.I love him but he always wants to copy me.He steals my cds and everything else of mine. I used to do that to my older sister. She's 6 years older than me and I know I annoyed her, but really, I just wanted attention. *shrug* Now, I'm 13 and she's 19 and we're good friends. You just have to be patient and eventually he'll grow out of it, and won't care about your attention.

But really, do you want a guy to like you for showing him your thighs or flashing your "shelf"? If you turn your "flirting level" up, he's going to think you're a total flirt/ditz and that's why he'll go out with you. However, if you just keep being yourself you'll find a guy that really likes you. He may not be the football team captain, but who cares?

Sorry this is long, ill rate high..

Theres a big football game tonight and i really wanna go watch, problem is my best friend is sick and im not really huge with having a bunch of girls who are friends cuz they run their mouths too much. But my boyfriend is a soccer player and his game isnt gonna get back until like the second half of the game. I was thinking about asking a couple of my guy friends but i dont know if thatd look right because they dont have girls and i know that one of them whos available tonight likes me in a more than friends sort of way. So do you guys think its ok that i go to the game with my guy friends or should i just wait for my boyfriend to get back from his soccer game and then go?

I'd just tell your guy friends "hey, *boyfriend's name here* is at a soccer game for the first part of the football game tonight, ya'll wanna come and stay with me till her gets there?" or something like that.

I have really bad split ends but my mom doesnt have time to take me to get my hair cut and she wont have time till like October or November. I scrunch my hair now so you cant tell I have splint ends...is there anything I can do to make it less visible until I cut it? Thanks!!

Yeah, there's great products out there just for split ends. There's so many, just go to Wal-Mart and pick out whichever one looks or smells best. It's all pretty in-expensive. And yeah, I used to cut my hair all the time, and I still do occasionally. Just put it in a pony and whack it off! xD

Homecoming is October 9th. I can't dance at all. I never have been able to... Also I don't have a date yet and I have to go because I'm having a foreign exchange student. No one will go with me... I asked this one guy whos my friend and at the time he wuz going out w/ someone and i liked him as friends. For the dancing, ask your parents to teach you the slow crap, and really, you just need to move with the music. Unless you don't have rythem...and then...you're messed up. Hem, kidding. Anyway. I got one of those magnets that you stick to your car, you know, instead of a bumper sticker or whatever. Anyway, it rained and I noticed that the rainwater under the magnet doesn't dry out. Is my paint going to get screwed up in the spot where that magnet is?

No, it rains here all the time and doesn't affect ours. Just take the magnet off, wipe the car in that section, and the magnet, and viola. You're home free.
