hey, my name is zach, 15 yrs and i'm a swimmer in southern california. THIS IS ONLY FOR PEOPLE WHO KNOW STUFF ABOUT COMPETITIVE SWIMMING. does anyone have any suggestions to gain some speed and drop some seconds off of my backstroke??? i can to 100meters in 1:23. tell me how to get faster.
im a swimmer n one of the best ways to improve a score is to just pratice more. like 3 or 4 times a week would b rlly great n thats how ull c the most improvement
heyy! im 13 yr. old girl.. ok so i had this friend and she was my best friend since kindergarden.. we were friends from kindergarden to 5th grade .. then came middle school .. she became somewhat popular somehow .. but she was trying wayy to hard .. anways im in 8th grade now and its only the begining of the 2nd marking period .. she has been mean and stuck up and a bitch to me .. i get upset sometimes (i dont cry but her being me to me hurts bcuz we were friends for so long) and like should i be upset or am i jealous? plz helpp !

ok 15/f...my boyfriend just recently started smoking weed well we dont go to the same skool so we only see eachother 4 out of 7 days....so its realy special wehn we get 2 see eachother....well as he was walking me to where i get picked up...he started smoking...he knows i hate it....i just got really mad and started walking ahead of him...he put it away and was like sry im really sry and he stopped and i was being really bitchy and he tryed to hold my hand and i moved away and put them in my pockets...n i didnt even say bye to him when i left....i didnt hug him or even kiss him...i didnt say nething i jsut left!....and i wouldnt look @ him or walk near him....and he was like ill call u tomrrow and i wasl ike dont bother...and i just left....i feel really bad...i mean he was wrong smoking infront of me knownin i dont lyke it...but he apologized n put it away and i was saying mean hurtful stuff to him

I'm at a new school where i dont know many people... i made this one friend, lets just call her anna. So anna and i have been hanging out on the weekends and stuff for the past 3 weeks and im starting to realize that she is really conceited. Theres this guy, and he told me he loved me but i rejected him because i didnt know what to say. I didnt see him for a year after that, and over that year i realized that i loved him and missed him SO much. I swear i didnt go a single day without thinking about him. Now im going to school with him but hes not in any of my classes (but sometimes i talk to him in the halls) and i still love him. What should i do? Do u think hes mad at me for rejecting him? Do u think theres a chance he might like me even though I rejected him? And is there a chance he would ask me out again..even though i rejected him last time?

i usually do pretty well in school, but i am a really bad test taker. even if know the stuff, the second a test is put in front of me, my mind blanks. i don't know what to do because my test grades are bringing down my averages...especially bio. do any of u have any tricks for taking tests? if u do please please tell me...thank you so much

I have an annoying canker sore on the back of my tounge and it is driving me crazy. It hurts everytime I talk or eat because it is rubbing against my teeth. Are there any quick remidies to ease the pain?
try listerine nd to eat softer foods fer a while. but especially listerine cuz it ALWAYS helps me when i hav a sore in ma mouth
I am 14/F, maybe like two weeks ago I was hanging out with this kid that I used to like and my parents were out of town for the next three weeks! Me, my best friend and him were at his house just hanging out, he;s in 10th and I'm 8th grade.My parets are racist and he's Jamacan! A while ago me and him would hang out alot and we were best friends! But my parents were driven by to find me one day and saw me in his garage and thought I was givin him head! Never!This was last year! Now since they have left i wa shanging out with him! He came over my house wit my best friend and we started blowing kisses at each other and then pop kissed! Later when he left I talked to him on the phone for about two hours.I sneak out of my house to meet him and we started making out for an hour or more! He told me that he has liked me for a while! On halloween he dissed me infront of my friends and then came to me school and my friends asked him about me and him! He said that I was "dirty and disgusting" and he regreted makin out wit me. Then my other guy best friends told me it was because he was embarassed about making out with an 8th grader! I become really attached to him and want to cry thinking it was stupid to make out with him and then get embarassed! I need some help! Seriously

me and my best friend have been great friends since 8th grade (were both in 12th now) so we've been friends for pretty much 5 years. i love her to death and i dont know what i would do without her. Were seriously inseperable. About a month ago she met this guy. All of a sudden its like she's dedicating her time to hang out with him EVERY day. I mean all three of us do hang out sometimes but i dont really like it bc i kinda feel like the 3rd wheel. Her ex boyfriend just told me that he likes me but i told him that i only like him as a friend. i told her that he said he liked me and all of a sudden she asumed that i liked him too and now she is mad at me. the reason they broke up was because she was lying to him and cheating on him with this guy she is with now. The guy she is with now wants to get an apartment. He said i could move in if i wanted but i dont want to because i cant afford it but i dont wanna loose my best friend to him because i lost her once before and i was miserable. Well today i left this guy a voicemail saying mean things and everything to him which i shouldnt but he is really rude to me. He calls me a slut and everything. i've told my friend this but she said well im falling in love with him and all that. I really dont wanna loose my best friend at all! i dont know wut to do and its killing me inside. I tryed to talk to her about it but she doesn't wanna listen to me at all. She told me a few weeks ago the only reason she is with this guy is because he gets her w/e she wants (he got her a diamond ring...a $500 stereo and lets her drive his new car and she doesn't have her permit or license) i dont know what to do!! someone please help!! since this is long ill rate u a 5!!! thanx!!!
try tlkn to ur friend again n ge her to listen to ur point o view. if she rlyy wont listen nd it doesnt seem like she cares start makin some new friends. You guys mite just drift away from each othr but u need a bettr friend then her anyway.
