ok here's the scoop. i'm going out with this guy, i'll call him "bob." bob's a sophomore and i'm a senior, and we've been going out for a little over a month. he's the sweetest guy in the world, and i thought i liked him, but now i can't think of him more than a friend. should i give him more of a chance and try and see if i develop feelings for him, or should i tell him that i just want to be friends? thanks so much!

If you don't have the love feelings for him then i would just get him out of there and be friends because in the long run you will cheat on him and he will find out and then the friendship is over also.

Dont lead him on. Alot of guys hate that. No one likes to be lead on. So my advice would be yes just tell him and save him even more pain and aggrivation.

What i would do is maybe try to go ahead and stay with him longer see if it develops more while your going out. If it doesnt then go and tell him that you want to be just friends...after a time if things dont work out he might figure out that just being friends will be the answer. But try to give it a more of a chance who knows...it might get even better or the relationship might just be nothing more than friendship. I hope i helped you.
