Picture help

I have another quick question. I'm having trouble putting a picture in my column. If you look at mine there is an X there. How can I get a picture there? If someone could tell me it would be a great help. Thx.

go ta profile settings, and click the upload a photo er w/e button..an upload it...it cant be too big or it wont work

go to profile settings then upload user picture! If it says it cant upload the pic bc its to big then ull have to shrink it.. i think the size is like 15 kb :) hope i helped!!
