Q: How do you get your husband away from the t.v. and spend time with the children?

Q: There's this really hot senior and I just want to even talk to him since I'm just a shy sophomore. Plus it's not like he's gonna be at my school next year, but I'd like to just get to know him, ya know? Thing is he's kinda unapproachable, like he's really big on hip hop and he's really into the culture. He also DJs a lot and he's pretty cool around the school. I'm tempted to go to one of his hip hop culture club meetings/dj workshops but I know nothing about hip hop! Should I still go? As I said I'm kinda shy so I need to know how to boost my confidence so I can approach him outside of the club and meet other people. Thanks!

I think you should maybe just go to a place where he DJs at. Try to go up to him and request a song that he likes (which you might have to find out). This would probably be the most shyest way. Although, most guys like it when a girl just goes up to them and starts talking to them. Just think: It was worth it, even if he doesn't like you, it would still take alot off your chest. Besta Luck

Q: My mum told me today that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer. She will have to have an operation and go through radiotherapy. I'm so worried- she will have to be in hospital for 4 days then go once every day. I'd be thankful for any information about the symtoms of radiotherapy and cancer, ways to make her feel better about it and any other things that would be useful. Thank you.

Sorry to hear about that. You can't really do anything for it except sit back and help your mom through it. My uncle died of lung cancer last Christmas, and there really isn't anything anyone could do. If it just started, it should be alittle "easier" to get "rid of". Q: Today i found out from alot of people that my boyfriends been cheating on me with this girl that i absolutly hate and wen i asked my boyfriend about it he sed it wasnt true and they are lying to me, but i dont know wether to trust him or not because he has cheated on me before and tryed to hide it but i found out and idk why but i let it slide (plz noone give me a lecture on that). His bestfriend even told me that which is why im questioning him but he keeps on saying its not true. I think you should break up with him. It would do you alot of good. I think giving him a 2nd chance was alittle too much, but you did and he should have been faithful. Trust the people around you, they don't lie. Besta Luck

Q: My teachers are really mad cause I miss a lot of school because Im always sick. My mom is a smoker and i always get strep and other respitory illnesses. I always make up the frickin homewrok I miss and I always pass the tests and stuff. Im a pretty good student for a 15 yr old that wud rather make out with Bin Laden then go to school. Today i went to school and went through all of my classes. When I got home my dad told me they wanted me to go to saturday school, a place they send bad kids to make up work like if they dont do their homework. I made up all the work from the last time I was absent, and none of the teachers told me about it today. Im really mad and dont know wut to do. Its for three hours tomorrow and starts at 8 30 am. I recently started a petition to end a class that a lot of people dont need called CAI, I was wondering if that might be a reason why all of a sudden I have to go to that stupid thing. SOrry if it doesnt make any sense lol... i like answering questions much more than asking them.

Some people are just ignorant. They think that because people are NOT exactly like them and wear the exact same brand of clothing that they are dumb and shouldn't be friends. But it really isn't like that, there are just alotta people out there who think that way. Besta Luck

I think you shouldn't even go for him unless you want to loose a great friend. Normally she will say she is cool with you trying to go with him, but inside it's going to kill her. But if you want to give it a shot, just give him hints. Maybe wink at him or flirt back. Besta Luck

Q: im trying to lose wieght by not eating after 730ish because i heard that this would work. Does this really work? and even if it does, how long will i see results. one more thing, i eat kinda lot when i get home from school so is there an effect?

It does work normally if you don't eat 2-3 hours before your bed time (whenever that is). It depends on how hard you work at it, but some people take a week to see results, others, maybe 3 weeks. You shouldn't really "starve" yourself because after that you get really hungry and can't help but keep eating. Just try to eat a big breakfast, a good lunch and dinner. Besta Luck

There isn't really much you can do except wait for them to get use to you. But you could maybe do it more often or softly. Let them out to run around and sniff your hand before you pick them up. Besta Luck
