tomorrow at my school is senior skip day and i know it may sound funny but what exactly is senior skip day?? cuz i know alot of ppl that are doing that and i don't know exactly what is (link)

it is a sort of holiday where all the seniors do not come to school, its the next school day after prom for me , if your a senior don't show up, you might get in trouble but if everyone does it i doubt it or you can get your parents to call you in sick if you want to play it safe

I saw this advertisement and it was for shards glass freeze pops and i dont know what is it so if someone could explain to me what it is and what it does and why it is so addictive that would be great (link)

its an anti-smoking commercial, you wouldn't eat a popsicle with glass in it because it would kill you so why would you smoke, because that will also kill you, that is what there saying in it

17/f/NY I'm in a filming class. We were filming yesterday at the subway station. There weren't many people around, and if there was it was mostly people who didn't speak much english, or homeless people (who most likely wouldn't know anything in the film industry). We chose to try and film without a permit since it was a non-profit high school film. But the thing is, people kept getting into our shots when we didn't want them there. Since we didn't have a permit, we didn't have the right to tell them to get out of our shot. It was only 1 or 2 people who would get in the way at one time, but still. So anyways, we would have to work around them. We would have to wait until the next train would come so they can get in the train and get out of our shot.
My question is, what is the thing people have to sign so they can be shown on camera (if they don't sign it, their face will be blurred out)? Is it something like "written permission consent" or something?
Because I was thinking, since most likely these people have no knowlege in film, or film rights, I could politely say to them "Excuse me, we're filming right here and since we don't have your [written permission consent] we actually can't have you in the shot...I'm sorry" (and most likely they'll move). I doubt they would have any idea what I'm talking about, all they know is that they can't sit there. The majority of the people during that time are homeless people, high school drop outs, or people who speak very little english.
What is it that you need to have signed in order to be shown on camera? (link)

ive had the same problem over the years ive been doing photography at my school for three years and am going to majoring in it in college this fall, what your looking for is pretty much a generic consent form that tells them what your doing and that they will be on camera, the way it is for photo you don't really need it unless you will be exhibiting it in a show or book or anything but im not sure about video...good luck with that!
