He is kind of overwieght, but sweet and fun to talk too. I really feel happy around him, and always try to talk to him. But at my school he is regarded as a geek, or a nerd by everyone. And I think he likes me too! I'm not quite sure I'm ready to date, but how can I have him keep liking me until I am?

okay hun... you like him and he likes you! he likes you for what you are doing now... so KEEP DOIN IT!!! who cares what other people think of him... if you like him thats all you need! if your not ready to date... all you have to do is keep likin him till you are and keep doing whatever your doing to make him like you... im sure hell stick around... and if he asks you out and your sure that you are still not ready explain that to him... tell him you still wanna be friends and when you are ready tell him he will definetly be the first one you go to! but keep it real with him... and dont let what others think of him stop you! its not them going to be with him... you are... and you should do what makes you happy! hope i helped!

I felt the exact same way not long ago.
My advice is to tell him this so he'll know why you're not trying to go any further. Also, don't desert him or leave him for your other friends until you're ready. Oh, and don't worry about what people say about him. If you really like him, you'll like him no matter what anyone thinks of him:) Stay with him. Hope I helped you.

To make him keep liking you, you just need to talk to him and hang out with him more. Labels don't have anything to do with someone. If you think this guy is sweet and that you are happy around him, then that is what matters. Just keep on talking to him and he will still like you. Hope I helped :)
