My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

hey babes ; i was wondering on something. well, my wonderful boyfriend and i have been going out for six months and we go to different schools, and see eachother about every weekend because we live 1/2 hour away from each other. not to mention that we talk on the phone 24/7. well my question is: everytime that we do see eachother all we do is kiss when we're alone. i mean we spend hours at a time in a basement or osmething just kissing. well i wanted to know if this was bad, or something , i just need an outside opinion. also, do you think it is possible that we will get sick of eachother and break up or something drastic like that ?

It's not bad that you guys kiss every time you see each other. It's not like you see each other every day so it's normal. It is possible that you guys can get sick of each other, but I don't think that will happen. You both seem like you like each other a lot so why would you? Just don't worry about the negative things in your relationship. Just take it day by day and see what happens.

heyy, my birthday is in a week from tomorrow and im turning 13! im going to have a party, but i have no clue what to do at it! i want it to be all outdoors, and i do have a pool and a trampoline and a very big backyard. there will be about 15 people, probably around 8 girls and 6 boys. do you have any ideas of what we can do?? i just dont want it to be boring since its my 13th b-day!! thanks soo much and by the way, youre super gorgeous =]

Well, happy early birthday! Anyways, a pool and trampoline will keep your friends busy for hours. Whenever me and my friends have parties, we don't really plan on what we're going to do. Once everyones there we just hang out and do whatever we want to have fun and I'm sure you and your friends are like that. Swimming is fun for everyone because everyone loves the pool. So, you guys can play games in the pool or something because that's fun. Listen to music and just put out food for everyone. I don't really know what else to tell you but once you guys are there, everyone will entertain each other. It will be a blast so don't worry about making it perfect. That's how I celebrated my 13th birthday. Sorry if I wasn't much help and thanks hun!

If you are willing to lose weight, you have to be patient. It won't just come off really fast because it takes time. First thing you should start with is your diet. You might read something in a magazine and then hear something else on TV about health and nutrition. Well, the good news is that eating healthy doesn't completly mean giving up on those chocolate brownies. It's actually about making choices from a variety of foods and the amounts of food you consume. The better your choices are, the healthier you'll feel. You need carbs and proteing. So, if you're having trouble deciding what to eat, just think about it. Would you rather eat some cake or run an hour to burn those calories off? Stick with healthier foods and not all health food is nasty. Give it a try and just look up some recepies. Eat 6 meals a day and that's including 3 full meals and snacks. Cut back of soda, junk food, fast food, and such. You should know what's good and what's bad. Count how many calories you intake each day and try to have 2,000 or so. It's going to be hard for a while, but it's worth it. You're going to feel great after you lose those first 10 pounds and then you should just keep going. Exercise. If you're not in the mood, make yourself do something. You need to keep active and keep moving. Walk around your neighborhood wih a friend, bikes, swimming, sports. Do your parents a favor and vacume the whole house. It will burn off calories. Jog up the stairs a couple times. When you're at the mall, instead of taking the escalator, take the stairs. Mow the lawn. Do whatever to keep you active because it will help. Good luck with everything.

Hello ..aren't you gorgeous ;] ..well tomorrow [6/19] is my sixth month with the boyfriend of my dreams. He is so good to me, he suprises me, always tells me and reminds me how much he loves me, he talks about the future alot, he respects me and never makes me do anything i wouldn't want to. He also buys me things and when i lost one of the rings he bought he he showed up at my school the next day and suprised me with another/different one. Well, my question is what can/should i do for him on this special day ? Like, i was thinking of making a card but that's nothing compared to what he would do for me. I kinda feel dumb because it's been six months and i never bought him anything. He's coming over my house, so i was wondering if you'd have any suggestions like what i can make for him or something ? He likes personal things, and little things too. But just inthe situation I'm in, i can't go and buy him something. Help, please ?

Since he likes personal things, you should defenetlly make him something. If you can, maybe a little scrap book of you and him and put little memories that you and him had. If not that, go with your idea. Make him a card but use your creativity and again, include things that you and him had together. Like inside jokes, places you've gone, etc. He doesn't need jewerly or anything for you to show him how much you care about him. When people say it's the thought that counts, they're right. He knows you love him and you don't have to show that with money but. When he buys you things it's because he wants to and he likes you not because he wants something in return. You can also make him a little dinner when he comes over and then just do whatever you want. Have fun =] & thanks so much for what you said!!

im 14 / male and have a dumb question ....... what does the letter and number in bra sizes mean ?

for instance ... 32 A

I'll try to explain this so you can understand. The letter stands for a size. Like A is small & the numbers are a bigger A, smaller A.. you get the point. B is medium breast size and the number stand for a little bit bigger B. & C is large and you know the numbers. There are bigger letters and numbers but yeah.. you should understand it now. =]

If you don't want to do anything sexual with him, don't. Don't ever let someone make you do anything you don't want to. Ever. The next time he trys to do that, make sure you let him know that you're serious and that you don't want to. He might be going out with you for the wrong reasons if he's all about doing sexual studd and not serious about you. He doesn't respect you and he doesn't deserve you. If he keeps doing that, break up with him. Even though you like him, he isn't right for you and now that he's trying to get you to do sexual stuff, who knows what he'll be making you do later.

Ok well im 13/f, and I have had my period for a while. And Ive heard that you can get birth control to settle it downa little, cuz mine really heavy and I get really bad cramps...do you think that I am to young and also do you have to go to the ob/gyn to get a perscription. Thnx so much...

You're not too young to start birth control. Girls your age actually start getting put on it. You might have to go to the gyno to get a perscription just because there is more than one kind and they have to see what the problem is and why you're so heavy. I know it's uncomftrable going there but to them it's normal because they see it everyday so if you do have to go, just relax.

k welp im 14/f. i have this really big problem with food. i tend to not eat for a straight 9 hours. nd when i do decide to eat .. its like 2 cookies. all my friends call me anerexic, it scares me becauz for the past couple days i havent felt myself, and i have been gettin really bad headaches nd stuf. everttime i think about food it makes me sick. i dont know what to do. help please? thank you. all fives

Eating disorders are VERY serious and sweetie, you have a problem. It's really good that you can come out and admit that something isn't right and you don't want to feel like that anymore and it's a great step to getting you some help. When I say getting you some help, I don't mean that in a bad way. I just mean it's for you and for you to feel better about everything. Are you afraid to gain weight or become fat? Are you just not feeling hungry or what? I need to know that so I can help you more. When you don't eat every 2-4 hours, your matabolism slows down and it's hard for your body to get energy and maintain properly. If you don't eat for 9 hours and then you eat a little, you will gain weight that way a lot faster then anything. If you're afraid of getting fat and just perpeously (sp) don't want to eat because of that, it is anorexia. It's really dangerous and you need to take it seriously. Your hair can start falling out, your skin can get really dried and wrinkly, migranes, stomach aches and worst of all, getting put into a hospital because you fainted. Why does it make you sick when you think about food? I used to be this way except I wasn't skipping meals on purpose. I felt gross eating and food looked so gross. I didn't eat for hours and hours and I didn't even notice it. You can gain weight by not eating. If you do want to lose weight, PLEASE do it safer. There are many, many ways but eat. Instead of eating 3 meals a day, try having 6 smaller porportions so you can keep your matobolism going. Good luck with it and if you need more help on anything, let me know.

What you hear from other people, you shouldn't always belive it. It's not always true and he may or may not of said that, but you can't just jump to conclusions. I know it's hard to get over someone and it's okay if you can't. You shouldn't make yourself just stop liking him and it's impossible. To be honest with you, I don't think he can just wait until you can have a boyfriend. I know that he really cares about you, but it's not fair to him also. If he doesn't want another girl friends, that's perfectly fine. I don't really know what else to tell you. I don't want you to be upset or anything because of.. anything really. You should talk to him and make him tell you the truth if he does or doesn't like that girl. If he says no, just take his word for it weather you belive it or not. Don't push yourself to move on when you can't. It's not fair to you and it will only make you feel worse. Just flirt around with other guys but don't look for a relationship.

Ok so.. I met this kid at school near the end of the year, we flirted like crazy one day. i felt bad because i realize for about a month he would try to talk to me and i would kinda ignore him and not pay attention also always stare at me lol but anyways the day we first talked he flirted with me - he kept taking my water bottle, staring at me, and smileing lol after he pretended to put his # in my cell kidding around.. after i tried calling it after and it wasnt a real number but the next day at school he was being wierd and wasnt very flirty like he was the day before. he only walked by me and stepped on my foot kiddin around and smiled and then walked away being shy. i know he wasnt doing it to make fun of me or be mean. After school ended i searched him on myspace and found his page. i added him as a friend and messaged him. it took like 2 weeks for him to answer back.. urgg, anyways i messaged him back then went on his page and noticed i was on his top 8! i like freaked =] . im afraid he`ll take another week to message me back! ahh so do you think i should ask him for his sn or real number so i can talk to him and do you think hes showing signs of really likeing me?

This guy seemed like he really liked you from the beggining but you didn't give him a chance. I know you didn't realize that you were ignoring him but I think that's why he wasn't being so flirty. He probablly thought you weren't interested and gave up but I doubt that he gave up on you. Don't take the message thing too personally. Maybe he was really busy and didn't get on myspace to answer it. You should defenetlly ask him for his screen name and after you talk for a while, ask him for his number and just hang out.

well, theres this girl and shes suposeed to be my "bestfriend." but shes everything but that. she lies to me all the time, she strives to be the center of attention, she tries to get in the way of me and my boyfriend. Also she embaresses me infront of all my friends/boyfriend and always leaves me out of plans. But shes always like omg i love you!! bestfriendsforever! but its all bs. but if i try to confront her with it, she turned all my friends againest me for two weeks! i dont know what to do anymore. i dont have any other friends besides that group of friends, and i cant take it. please help mee!

She is not your best friend and she never was. People like that are nothing but your enemy and she wanted everything you have and when she can't get it, she makes people go against you. If your "friends" belive her, they're being fake. Talk to them before she gets to make up some story and just let them know that she always does that. The best thing to do is, ignore her. I know it can be hard because she really ticks you off but when she embarasses you, laugh it off. Then say something about her as a joke and see how she will react. It's revenge but it's not to be mean. When she trys to get in the way of you and your boy friend, tell her to fu*ck off. Make plans with out her. You don't need her to have fun. The whole OMG, I LOVE YOU! BFF.. is fake. Just ignore her and whatever she does to you, don't let it bother you. Invite your friends places and have fun with them. She doesn't deserve to have any friends.
