k welp im 14/f. i have this really big problem with food. i tend to not eat for a straight 9 hours. nd when i do decide to eat .. its like 2 cookies. all my friends call me anerexic, it scares me becauz for the past couple days i havent felt myself, and i have been gettin really bad headaches nd stuf. everttime i think about food it makes me sick. i dont know what to do. help please? thank you. all fives<3

It's really good that you can come out and admit that something isn't right and you don't want to feel like that anymore and it's a great step to getting you some help. When I say getting you some help, I don't mean that in a bad way. I just mean it's for you and for you to feel better about everything. Are you afraid to gain weight or become fat? Are you just not feeling hungry or what? I need to know that so I can help you more. When you don't eat every 2-4 hours, your matabolism slows down and it's hard for your body to get energy and maintain properly. If you don't eat for 9 hours and then you eat a little, you will gain weight that way a lot faster then anything. If you're afraid of getting fat and just perpeously (sp) don't want to eat because of that, it is anorexia. It's really dangerous and you need to take it seriously. Your hair can start falling out, your skin can get really dried and wrinkly, migranes, stomach aches and worst of all, getting put into a hospital because you fainted. Why does it make you sick when you think about food? I used to be this way except I wasn't skipping meals on purpose. I felt gross eating and food looked so gross. I didn't eat for hours and hours and I didn't even notice it. You can gain weight by not eating. If you do want to lose weight, PLEASE do it safer. There are many, many ways but eat. Instead of eating 3 meals a day, try having 6 smaller porportions so you can keep your matobolism going. Good luck with it and if you need more help on anything, let me know.
