Q: a friend from school died about 3 weeks ago from cancer. now one of my close friends has cancer too. its making me so incredibly frustrated and upset and angry and so worried about my friend all at the same time. i need someone spiritual to please give me a new outlook on all of this, because right now i can't stop praying and questioning why the hell things like this happen.

God lets everything happen for a reason. You may be thinking "Well, why would he let something like THAT happen to someone so inoccent?" You know, no one will never ever understand it but someday it will ALL make sense as to why she has cancer. Maybe God wants you to know him, andhe let your friend have cancer so you could put your faith in HIm?. Prayer works for everything..and your friend (if prayyed for by a lotta people) will be healed! The power of prayer is so strong..and many miracles have happened because people took one min outta their lives to pray. I'm praying for you, and I'll get my church, christian message boards, etc, to pray for you and your friend. Right now all you could do is pray and God is listening! God wants you to know him and his good works! If you have faith in Christ, all things are possible. if you want, we can talk about this more and I can find some bible verses for you..to maybe help you out? I dont if it will help but its worth giving a shot at it. :)

Q: Ok there is this girl at school..ill call her Kristen and we were like best friends in 5th and 6th grade and the beginning of 7th grade..we are now in 8th grade and i think Kristen hates my guts but im not really sure..but i still sorta wanna be Kristen's friend. My other friend ill call her Brittany..who is still my friend..is like best friends with Kristen. And whenever its just me and Kristen together..shes so mean to me and doesn't talk to me or anything. and whenever Brittany is around me and kristen..like we are all together..Kristen is super nice to me.. i think its because ive told brittany about kristen being like this and kristen doesn't want brittany to yell at her.I want us all to be friends..but i don't know how to because kristen is sorta 1 of the popular girls and im more in the middle and i don't know how to talk to the popular ppl. Sorry it was long..but does anyone have any ideas of how i could become friends with kristen? Or why she does is mean to me usually..but when brittany is there she isn't? Thanks in advance!

Hey, you could try and ask Kristen why she doesnt like you. And tell her that you wanna become friends with her...but if she still doesnt like you, you cant do anything about that! Your just gonna have to deal with it. Not everyone will want to be your friend, thats life..=D

Q: Here is the thing I don't want to live anymore sometime because all I am to anyone in my family is there slave my brothers are always coming home and yelling at me to clean there mess or clean up the dog piss and do everything for them. And my mom is always asking me to clean the house before her boyfriend comes over who I can't stand and she won't get it through her thick head that I don't like him and then she trys to buy me stuff and pay me like that is going to win my love for her when I don't even feel like a daughter to her cause whenever i try and talk to her she is with don (her bf) and wants to spend time with him or on the phone with him and it is all about don and nothing about her own freaking daughter all her daughter is to her is someone to clean her house and shit and my dad is always yelling at me and i don't even live with him. I guess my question is what should I do about my family cause my mom won't listen when I try and tell her how I feel and always makes everything my fault? I don't know I just don't want to go on with life anymore and I don't know what to do please help. And don't say you need to talk to someone about it cause I have and it doesn't help and don't say you need to tell your mom how you feel cause i have tryed to nothing freakin works i am on my last string before i do something i am gona regret help!!!!!

Maybe you should look for comfort in your friends. Talk to them about it, and just have them try to help you out you know. Your friends care about you and so does your family even though they dont have the best ways of showing it.

Q: New Years Eve, aka tomorrow night is my friend Lisa's birthday. She is throwing a small party that starts at three thirty. My friend Jenny and I want to go to another party that is kind of late at night. Lisa never really articulated when her party was over and doesn't really seem to express interest in late night stuff. So me and Jenny are confused if it's rude to leave her party at 11 or so to go to the other one because we really, really, really don't want to hurt Lisa's feelings.

No its not rude! You would be there from 3:30 to 11 I think thats enough. So if she doesnt like late night stuff the party will probably over by 11..you know?

Q: okay im 13/f and my 14th bday is in january and i have no idea what to do for my party cause its girls and guys and its in the middle of winter. please i need some ideas!!!--o ya and i live in texas

Q: I am 23 years old. I have been having sex with my boyfriend for about 2 years now. He's the only person I've ever slept with, and vice versa. I'm having problems because sex is very painful with him and I don't enjoy it. His penis is very large and it hurts a LOT. The length isn't so much a problem, but the girth. Neither of us has any STD's or anything like that. I love him a lot and we've even talked about marriage but I can't imagine a life of not enjoying sex. Any advice?

Maybe you could ask him to go slower than usual and see if that helps! It wont be fun for him probably but who knows..

Plan a suprise birthday party. Take her out to dinner and make her think its just gonna be her and you but when you guys get there all her friends and fam will be there. Gift ideas..like you could get her gift certifcates to her fav stores, little things like lip gloss, eyeliner, eyeshadow, a bag of her fav candy, tickets to the movies..picture frames..cute stuff like that! hope I hlped!

i sincerely dislike the man.

i am incredibly opinionated and very vocal about my opinions, which he hates.

i know i am smarter than him, he hates this also.

he yells at me for no reason often. condemning my use of the computer. stating that i'm on it too much.

my sister, on the other hand, watches TV all the time. he says i lack social skills because i'm on the computer "too much."

he's not around when i'm not on the computer and doing other things.

but yet i am still on the computer too much according to him.

i fight back all the time, but i hate it. i hate him.

due to his working situation i dont see him except for some weekends. (my parents arent divorced).

when he tries to punish me, he fails. he really cant. i have more power than he does in our family.

Well the only way to make peace maybe is if you dont tlak back. yes your opinionated but theres a difference between talking back to your parents and being opinionated. So I think you should just keep your thoughts to yourself and let hm think hes right. Thats all you can do..sorry about the problem with ur dad and you!

Q: To get down to it, I'm a 15 year old girl and a 22 year old guy likes me. I've known this guy for a few months and have become really good friends with him. I didn't know he actually had a crush on me till a few weeks ago. This guy is really nice, very sweet, he always cares about me. He always wants to know how I feel and how he can make it any better. He calls me practically every night. He trusts me and I trust him. We've talked about our feelings for eachother... I used to not think of him as anything more than a friend, but now I think I am starting to like him more. We see eachother at least once a week, usually with groups of other friends but I have been alone with him a couple times, once to his house. He has never tried to pull anything on me... he respects my boundaries, yet he shows he still cares. My parents don't like that I even talk to a 22 year old guy on the phone. If they ever knew I wanted to go out with him, they'd freak. I'd like to give him a chance, but I don't know if it's worth hiding from my parents and the fact that he's so much older than me makes the possibility chances of it working slimmer. Any advice on what I should do?

Do what you want. But keep in mind that its illegal and if you guys get caught even hanging out you'll both be in trouble. Be careful! He may seem like a nice guy and all..but once you guys are going out he might change!

Q: last nite i fell down in a drain and knocked myself unconcious.i did not call my parents in fact i am on my friends computer.as first aid we are using bicycle oil and some fried cockroaches(it a ancient medicne my great grandmother passed down)for some reason i feel funny and dizzy.can u pescribe anything. what is wrong with my remedy.

(replace first and second star with < and last star with > . Its a hassle having to do that everytime but thats the only way.

Just think about the people that love you (friends, siblings, mom/dad, family..) and how Think about the good times with them..im sorry you dont feel happy..the reaosn I'm not happy is because right now I dont have God in my life really...I dont know if your like "uhh what is she talking about"..but maybe thats it for you too..you feel unloved but God does love you..dont think im a crazy preacher or anything but yeah God does love you!

Q: My ex-bf and I started talking again online. Sure, we worked everything out. It still feels funny when talking to him though, especially if I still like him, and he has no idea. Well last night, I asked him wut he was doing online, he told me he was talking to people and "his" girl. At first I thought, "is he refering to me?", but then I was like no, he can't be, he has another girl in his life. Well I was babysitting today and i was watching 3 kids play outside in the front, and what do you know...my ex comes walking down the street (he lives in my neighborhood) with 2 girls. I pretended not to even notice him because, look at me, I'm a loser babysitting, and look at him hanging out with girls from MY school and MY classes. I KNEW he saw me because right when he was in front of my house his face was no where near the direction in looking at me. So my questions are,
1) Should I ask him what he meant by "his" girl? I don't wanna look nosy though...can there be a way to make it sounds "non-nosy??"
2)Why didn't he even bother to say hi, or call my name, even if I wasn't looking his way?

First of all, we all need advice..even the advice giver outers. Most of the people that ask the questions, answer questions too..now to answer your questions...i think you should just be like "Sooo, do you have a girlfriend". Its really not nosey its just a question. Do it online if it makes you feel more comfortable. #2, he probably wanted to make you jealous, thats why he didnt say hi. he wanted to see your reaction since he was with 2 girls and all..hope i helped..
