I know that FIT means frequency inensity and TIme and we have to give an example of each and my sport is soccer and ihave 3x for frequency and i don't get what the intensity would be so if someone could tell me what it is tha'd be great!

We just did this in health, but I forget. =) Anyway, I think it means how hard you work. Like, look at the word. INTENSITY..intense. Here's a site I found about F.I.T.

I need an easy-to-make snack because Im very hungry and its only 2:30 and I eat dinner at 7! But, Im sort of trying to eat healthy. I had salad for lunch so i dont want that. But I was thinking possibly cheese and crackers? Please tell me some healthy choices that would fill me up!

Cheese and crackers are good. A great healthy snack is celery & peanutbutter. Personally, I LOVE it. It's good AND good for you. Peanutbutter is good for you (the peanuts). And when you eat celery, it burns as much calories as you take in, so it's like you didn't eat it at all! But you'll feel less hungry! =)

Okay well im not sure what i am doing for halloween yet...I have been asked by about 4 or 5 differnt people if i would go out with them on halloween...I never said yes to any of them yeat and i dont kno who to go with....i was thinkin of just stayin home and not goin with any of them caue i dont want anyone to get mad at me...how can i choose??

Well whoever asked you first, it might be nice to go with them. OR another possibility is that you could go with EVERYONE =) But not together.. You could split up the time. Go like 20 minutes with some friends, then meet up with your other friends. Then you could go with everyone!

You're right, you're not fat. & According to http://www.am-i-fat.com/ , "You are marginally thin." See? You're fine =) Everybody doesn't like something about themselves. It's the way it is. I know I, too, don't like some things about myself..but Sometimes, we see things that aren't real. For example: When you look in the mirror, you might think "Ahh, I'm so fat!" But in reality, you're friends are probably like "Oh my godd, she's so skinny!" So sometimes our minds show us a fake image. Just try not to put yourself down =)

Hey you know those little hairs you get on your face, and like when you put powder foundation on, you can tell..well yeah i have them ALL over my face, like when i wash my face you can tell i have hair..even though its blonde..do i shave it off??? Thanks Will rate!!!

Noooo. Definately don't shave it. It's just "peach fuzz" as most people call it. If you shave it, it WILL grow back thicker & darker, which you DON'T want. Everybody has peach fuzz, it's not that big of a deal. But if you really want to get rid of it, you could wax it. Go to a salon (either hair or nails. Nails usually does waxing too) and ask for a face wax. But in my opinion, I think it's unnescessary. =)

Hey, I'm pretty skinny (95 lbs), but I want to get abs. If I did 100 crunches a night, would that do it, and if it would, how long do you think it would take? Thank you!!!

Just a question..Why do you want abs? You didn't tell me how tall you are, so I can't really compare it to your weight. But I'm sure you're very skinny as you said. Definately don't start at 100 cruches a night, if you've never done that before. Start off small, such as 25 crunches. Do them for about a week or until you feel comfortable with doing that many and you think you can do more. Then raise it up to 35 and do them for a week. Then 45, 55, 65..and so on. This will get you used to the workout, instead of doing 100 right off the bat. Just keep up with it, and you'll notice results. & Don't be in such a rush for abs, you won't get them right away, but in time, there is a chance you could =)

I love my boyfriend, we never fight and if we do, its for probably 3 and a half minutes. We are BEST FRIENDS. tell each other everything and anything and are completely ourselves around each other right down to farting. our relationship is amazing...


so why do i cry when he isnt around? he goes to college 2 and a half hours away which isnt bad, i see him on average every other week. iv noticed that when he's gone. i'll reminisce on the amazing fun and goofy times we had with each other and just cry and smile and..cry. i dont know why. i would give my life to spend every waking second of the rest of my life with this guy. i don't want to cry anymore. i think i just miss him being around me and supporting me and picking me up when i fall (metaphor)

That's sad that you can only see your boyfriend every other week =/ I can understand why you're sad. Just think of all the happy times you've had together. It's okay to cry though! You're crying because you love him. You should try to see if you guys could see eachother more often. Maybe you could visit him at college? Just see eachother more, if possible. Call him and tell him how you feel, & tell him how much you love him. Just listening to his voice will probably make you feel better.

Sounds like you have a lot of fun stuff already! You could definately play some games, such as Truth or Dare (always fun!) or TWISTER! I personally, LOVE that game. It's great for a group of people to have fun with.

I have been working out like a lot latley, like on average an hour of cardio everyother day along with kickboxing and other things. I just started my period and I feel and look like I havnt done anything, could this be a result of my period?

It could possibly because of bloating from your period. That won't last though. It's good that you're exercising a lot. Keep it up, and just give it time. Eventually, you'll notice change and you'll be happy you stuck with the exercising. And just remember:: MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT. So weighing yourself is not going to be helpful, because you could gain muscle instead of fat, and that will make you gain weight, but it's GOOD weight. A good idea to measure changes is measuring your waist. See how many inches it is to start with, and every now and then, keep checking it. Here, you will notice a change because you'll be losing inches =)

Everyone's asking questions about cutting. Do they mean that they're literally taking knives and cutting their flesh? If not, what do they mean then? If so, why the hell would they do that? It makes no sense.

YES I totally agree. IT MAKES NO SENSE. When people talk about "cutting", yes, sadly, they are talking about cutting themselves. Sometimes they do it because they are having problems or are depressed. They get so into it, that they begin to not feel the pain anymore, and they will get addicted to it. Yeah, and they will use ANYTHING they can find:: knives, razors..even screws! =/ And sometimes people cut themselves JUST TO GET ATTENTION. That's what bugs me the most. They think that they'll get people to feel bad for them, but in the end, they're just hurting themselves, and basically people think they're stupid for hurting themselves. Yeah well, I think I've given enough of my opinion =) Hope you got what you needed.

after gym i sweat a lot. you can see the sweat from my armpits through my shirt. whats a good deodorant or sumthing else that can help me sweat less (espeically my armpits)

Well deoderant doesn't help in some cases. Try going to your doctor and he/she can prescribe you something for it. And don't worry too much. It sucks, but everyone sweats =/ You're not alone there.

I have wavy hair and i hate to straighten it any advice on how to do it nice every day before school(which means it has to be quick)with out straightening it

Easy 5 for any advice at all!!!

Scrunch it! Since you already have wavy hair, it would work great! Also, you could pull it up and put it in a "messy bun". & If you're saying that you hate straightening your hair in the morning because it is too time consuming, straighten it at night. Then in the morning (if you don't take a shower), your hair should be pretty straight, so all you'll have to do is put some finishing touches on it with the straightener! Just ask me if you have any other questions =)

When I was younger, I was a gymnast. I quit gymnastics and started karate, and doing other things. When I became an actual cheerleader, [I started cheering again in second grade], in about 8th grade I started tumbling again. But I'm scared to try anything. What do I do??

Hey =) Well I've done gymnastics like ALL my life..it's really fun if you do stuff. Don't be afraid because you will just miss out on chances to try new things. & Usually you're coach will spot you if you have never done it before OR if you just plain don't feel comfortable doing it without a spotter. Just don't worry, they are trained coaches, they know what they're doing! Have fun & Enjoy it while you can =)

i died my hair and it was suppose to be dark brown but it came out as dark dark black.. my natural hair is black but my hair now looks 10 times worse ...my question is what can i do to make it lighter again... if i die it again will it work ? and

Go to a hair salon that does color and tell them what happened with your hair. There's this thing that will take all the color out of your hair and get it as close to your natural hair color as it can. I'm not quite sure what it's called, but tell them you want to strip the color out of your hair, and they will probably know what to do. Good luck with it =)

Your weight is perfectly fine! =)

Definately don't feel guilty after eating a salad or fruit! Those are healthy food choices, be proud you're choosing them over high calorie snacks. You would have a disorder if you completely stopped eating altogether [anorexia], or if you binged (eating large portions then throwing them up) [bulimia]. Those would be disorders, which you don't have, so don't worry about it! But don't let your friends call you "stupid", you're not =)

Well, you could play Truth or Dare (always fun..especially since you have guys!). You could listen to music and dance. Be sure to include a slow song in the playlist =] Also, watching movies are a good idea..scary movies are greatt! If your parents will allow it, play Spin the Bottle! Just talk..chill out. You should have plenty of stuff to do =) Have fun!
