You are not gaining weight but that is just you being bloated. When you are on your period you will bloat and it makes you look fatter than you really are. When your period is over you should look thinner.

It could possibly because of bloating from your period. That won't last though. It's good that you're exercising a lot. Keep it up, and just give it time. Eventually, you'll notice change and you'll be happy you stuck with the exercising. And just remember:: MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT. So weighing yourself is not going to be helpful, because you could gain muscle instead of fat, and that will make you gain weight, but it's GOOD weight. A good idea to measure changes is measuring your waist. See how many inches it is to start with, and every now and then, keep checking it. Here, you will notice a change because you'll be losing inches =)

Yes it could be because of your period.. like usually a female get s cravings while being on their period and eat junk foods or something that deff is going to make you gain weight.. but i would think cuz you work out pretty often you shouldn`t have a problem.. just watch your weight.. and watch what you eat.. ♥ Dez
