ok. My name is cortney. i am 14 , 5'3 and 108 pounds... I know if i ask if im fat everyone will tell me no... but i really dont like the way i look.. i need advice...

Actually you are under the weight that you suppose to be but if you want to lose weight or fat. You need to drink water and give up caffeine not entirely but you can drink like a can of pop a day. Exercising helps build muscle strength and makes you look great in shape. Eating chocolate is ok as long as your not eating to much of it. ]
you really aren't fat at all. trust me!! i think that's a better weight for 5'3, & maybe even under weight. see it doesn't juss depend on your height, it also depends on your bone structure. if you want to figure out your BMI go to-

You're right, you're not fat. & According to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) , "You are marginally thin." See? You're fine =) Everybody doesn't like something about themselves. It's the way it is. I know I, too, don't like some things about myself..but Sometimes, we see things that aren't real. For example: When you look in the mirror, you might think "Ahh, I'm so fat!" But in reality, you're friends are probably like "Oh my godd, she's so skinny!" So sometimes our minds show us a fake image. Just try not to put yourself down =) ]
I would suggest learning to accept who you are and what you look like because you have to live

danggggg i wish i had those dimensions! learn to love yourself! i've seen lady twice your size livin' it up! just tell yourself how gorgeous you are and do things that make you feel pretty. <3 ]

Ok, so you don't like the way you look..I know how you feel.
Everybody has body hang ups, it's perfectly normal. Even people like J-Lo and all those so called perfect stars.
As long as you're healthy, what does it matter?
You need some more self confidence, which is hard to get.
