Question Posted Monday October 17 2005, 8:33 pm

I'm having my 13th birthday party (don't worry.. my bday was 1 month ago so im legal) in two weeks.
We're having 6 of my bestfriends over to my house for a sleepover. We're going to be watching movies, eating, cake, presents, and my friend is bringing a butt ton of makeover stuff.. basically everything on god's green earth.
I need one more big activity. like the main one.
Any good, simple, realistic ideas?
No boys. My parents said that upfront.
Thanks!

Make a ouijia (sp?) board and have a seance ! its really fun even if you dont believe in it .. my firends and i do that whenever we have big sleepovers .. heres an idea .. have a couple people go in the other room becasue "theyre scared" and then like .. say you 'contanct a spirit' .. give them a big dark colored blanket to put over themselves and ask the "spirit" to flash the lights and have them quickly do it and quietly run back to the otehr room once the lights are off and hide the blanket .. that way everyone thinks its a ghoust and its loads fun.. i did that at my friends and scared the crap outta everyone !!

I think that playing true or dare is the best for at sleepovers! Its fun and learn stuff you never knew about your friends. Or telling your deep dark secrets.

Maybe you can go out to dinner and go to somewhere fancy. After all this is your 13th birthday the only 13th birthday you will ever have so you need to make it special and plus you are finally becoming a teen so you need to be able to remember this for the rest of ur life. I remember for my friends 13th we go all dressed up and went to San Francisco to a a pizza place then went home to watch a movie! Just an idea. Think about it ! ok

At any party it's a good idea to have ideas of what activities you might do, but if you structure it too much the party won't be any fun at all. Don't have particular times for games or movies or stuff like that, just go with the flow of the party and have a good time. The point of a party is having fun so don't stress over it or anything.

Sounds like you have a lot of fun stuff already! You could definately play some games, such as Truth or Dare (always fun!) or TWISTER! I personally, LOVE that game. It's great for a group of people to have fun with.
